newhat
Ziggurat Djinn EARTH/Xyz Rock/Effect 2 Level 3 monsters If this face-up card with Xyz Material would be destroyed, banish it instead. During your Standby Phase: You can Special Summon this card that was banished by this effect, then if it was banished with 2 Xyz Materials, attach 1 monster from your Deck to this card as Xyz Material. 1900/1400 Kill it with 2 Materials, it comes back with 1 from your Deck. Kill it with 1 Material, it comes back with none. Djinn of Infinite Wishes FIRE/Xyz Fiend/Effect 3 Level 4 monsters This card's ATK is equal to the combined Level of its Xyz Materials x200. If this card battles, at the start of the Damage Step: Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and target 2 face-up monsters: those targets lose 500 ATK and DEF. If this card has exactly 1 Xyz Material, when a card or effect is activated, draw until you have 3 cards in your hand (during the Chain). ?/1400 It only works for a moment, but during that moment it will confer a huge bonus. You can also revive it with Xyz Reborn for gudness. Djinn Ruler of Blind Eternity DARK/Xyz Spellcaster/Effect 2 Level 7 Spellcaster-Type monsters During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; look at all Set cards your opponent controls and all cards in their hand. When this effect resolves, select 1 Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that your opponent can correctly activate. For the rest of this turn, your opponent cannot Summon a monster or activate a card or effect until the selected card or effect is activated. 2100/3000 Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Ziggeraut is interesting in a way, its a weird and arduous way to go for graveyard setup but having a recyclable beater is something. Can't see a deck that uses it massively effectively. Infinite Wishes is an amalgamation of unrelated effects, which I never like. It's attack lowering effect is ineffective, giving its own attack will go down by 800 for doing so. Blind Eternity - I think I must be confused by the term correctly activate and not get it. So what can you or can't you select as a target for that? Good that they are all different attributes, although Djinns are traditionally fiends. Link to comment

It's attack lowering effect is ineffective, giving its own attack will go down by 800 for doing so.
The effect that decreases ATK is not supposed to be helpful. It's supposed to be self-damaging most of the time, forcing you to drop its own ATK. In exchange, should you keep it alive over 2 battles, it will give you a deluge of free cards. It's meant to be 0/0 if you revive it with Xyz Reborn. But x200 leaves it at 1600 after detaching 1 Material (too low), and x250 makes it start out at 3000 (too high). I'm not sure what to do... So what can you or can't you select as a target for that?
You cannot pick Appropriate or a Counter Trap Card, for instance, since the activation conditions aren't correct at the time that Djinn resolves. Nor can you pick a card like Final Destiny while your opponent doesn't have enough cards to discard for it. Examples of cards your opponent can be forced to use are Maxx "C" or MST. The Musical Djinn are Fiends. Link to comment
