You have ether a tablet, iPod, or smartphone? If you do, use Internet with it. If not, find a replacement.

Because we all have money to throw out of a window.

Go to a friend's house.

To a relative's house.

Or just drop.

So, Toyo is out. I'll start grading now.

It would be nice to see your reasoning behind your grading, because, if I just know what I made, but no explanation, how would I get better?

Alright...

Your card reminds me of Last Turn. It gives a way for your opponent to fight back, but that is where the simularities end. Having it be a Normal Spell restricts its use in a fast paced meta. It does give the off chance of your opponent gaining field advantage, but makes that advantage worthless without effects. Also, unless you have a strong field already, no victory will come with this card. Your card grammar had a minor error, but was very clear. Overall, a well crafted card.
I love the concept of your card. Making it a Trap Monster gives it the surprise factor, which is valued in this meta. While MST can strike fear into this card, it does strike some fear into TT and other Normal Traps used. Its downside is that the Solemn Trio can't be stopped by this. The plus side is that you get to choose what to negate, saving some resources. The card had capitalization and punctuation, but was clear. Overall, great work.
Well, I don't see much harm in seeing each other's cards.

Overwhelming Frontier

[Normal Spell]

"When you activate this card: Destroy all other Spell/Trap cards you control, and negate the effect(s) of all face-up monsters on the field. After that, your opponent can Special Summon as many monsters from their Main/Extra Deck as possible. They cannot be removed from the field except by battle. You cannot activate other cards or effects for the rest of the turn. If your opponent controls no monsters during the End Phase of a turn in which this card was activated: You win the Duel."
When your opponent activates a Trap Card: Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 10/ATK 2900/DEF 2100) with the following effect: When Summoned, this card gains 3 Trap Counters. When your opponent activates a Trap Card: You can discard 1 card to negate the Effect, or remove 1 Trap Counter (the Effect will resolve normally). When a Trap Card is negated, this card gains 1 Trap Counter. When this card has 6 Trap Counters, you lose the Duel. When this card has no Trap Counters on it, you win the Duel. (This card is also still a Trap Card).
