Nathanael D. Striker
I'm still hungry for more 1v1s. The task is to make a card that would be useful in a control deck. First to 3 votes wins a rep. Ready?
Control Freak **** DARK Fiend/Effect 1300/1200 Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, if your opponent Special Summons a Level 4 or lower monster: You can Special Summon a monster with the same Level. If you use this effect: You cannot Normal Summon during your next turn.

Dark World Cleansing [Normal Trap] If you control a "Dark World" monster: You can activate this card the turn it was Set. When a card(s) is discarded from your opponent's hand by a card effect: you can add 1 of the discarded card(s) to your hand (it must stay revealed while in your hand).
Mugendramon
Hi hello I'm in. Like with Black's, I'd like anonymous cards.
Nathanael D. Striker
Alright, makes thing a bit more interesting that way.
Mugendramon
Just to clarify, voters, the OP should say card, not monster.
Changed it so there would be no confusion.
newhat
Control Freak is situational. Even if you have a decent monster to Special Summon against an anticipated Tour Guide or what have you (like Jowgen the Spiritualist), it's likely that your opponent will Normal Summon something to kill Control Freak instead. Dark World Cleansing works better, even though it misses the timing for Dragged Down. It would be nicer if it were Continuous so it wouldn't be outclassed by Forced Requisition. So one to Card B, Dark World Cleansing.
Mugendramon
outclassed by Forced Requisition
You do realize that has nothing to do with Forced Requisition. Still, thanks for voting. 0-1 Card B.
Blake
Control Freak... doesn't really control anything. Just kinda bad swarm. Cleansing is at least a support for control, so it gets my vote.
Nathanael D. Striker
0-2 Card B Well, it seems A is going to pray now.
Love of Ghibli
Aesthetic wise I do not understand why Control Freak is named control freak. I somewhat like the trap card a rival appears better. Aesthetic wise I don't know how adding cards from the grave to the hand is a cleansing but okay...as long as it misses the timing with Dragged Down to the Grave them I'm fine with it. Pity though as it is a trap card it seems so slow for dark world. Still I give it to Dark World Cleansing (Card B.)
Nathanael D. Striker
0-3 Card B That's game.
Mugendramon
it seems so slow for dark world.
It does say you can activate it the turn it was Set if you control a Dark World, though. So you might as well call it a Spell.
