People were chatting about things, creating cards, and simply passing the time. In a hall where people could play games through their computers by accessing a website commonly known as DN, three friends were passing the time. "Its my turn." said a young man in a light-blue jacket. "I summon Gishki Beast. I activate Beast's effect. I Special Summon Gishki Aravice from my Graveyard. I Overlay Gishki Erial, Beast, and Aravice!" said the person people called Jord200. "With these three monsters, I create the Overlay Network, Xyz Summon! Number 16: Shock Master! I attack directly with Shock Master for game. I win." grinned Jord200 as him monster attacked his opponent directly, and defeated them. "Not bad, Jord." said a man with purple hair and a yellow headband. "Thanks, Tsukasa." replyed Jord200. "Great, now can we go get some lunch?" grumbled a young man with a revolver in pocket. "All right, all right. NOW we can get lunch, Desu." said Jord200. The three of them then noticed a man in an orange coat, and a hat that looked slightly like the head of the Pokemon Charizard. He was posting something on the wall. "Hey, Flame Dragon. Whats with the poster?" asked Tsukasa. "The boss said that there's going to be a huge party. Gourmet foods from around the world, games, battles, duels, and a contest. He's calling it the YCM Grand Party. Its to help get some more people here, and rejuvinate this place." said Flame Dragon. "You had me at gourmet foods." grinned Jord200. "What kind of contest?" asked Desu. "Simply put, a contest for the best couple here at YCM. Winners get $30,000 in currency of their choice, and five free video games of their choice." said Flame Dragon. Upon hearing this, Jord200, Tsukasa, and Desu were left stunned "Party's in a couple days. I suggest you find dates by then." chuckled Flame Dragon as he walked away. "Okay, lets think. We don't have a ton of girls around here. Who are the first ones who come to mind?" said Tsukasa. "There's Kitty, Raine, Clair, Yin, Opal, Pika, Kanade...." began Jord200. "Alice, don't forget Alice." said Desu. "The fact that Kanade is going with Black is a given." said Tsukasa, as Jord200 and Desu nodded in agreement. The three continued walking and thinking about who they should ask when Desu noticed someone. "There's Alice." said Desu. "Well go ask her to be your date." said Tsukasa. "W-what? Why her?" stuttered Desu nervously. "You saw her. Besides, I already know who I'm going to ask." answered Tsukasa. "Same here." replyed Jord200. Not wanting to seem nervous, Desu walked towards where Alice was sitting. She was sitting on a bench in the main General Plaza, typing away at her computer. "Um...Hey, Alice." Desu said. Alice looked up from her keyboard to see who was confronting her. "Oh, hello Desu." she smiled. "I'll just get straight to the point." began Desu, as he let out a sigh. "I wanted to ask you to the-" Desu was interupted by what sounded like music from The IdolMaster. Jord200, Desu, and Tsukasa instantly knew who was responsible for that. "Chihaya!" shouted the three, as they looked to see a legend of YCM returning. "Welcome back, friend." said Jord200. "Great to be back, everyone." smiled Chihaya. "Whats with the music, beside the obvious answer?" asked Tsukasa. "I've been asked to take care of music for the Grand Party. Also, yes, I am playing things other than songs from IdolMaster." Chihaya smirked. "That close. Nice save Chihaya. No. Idiot! Using this as an excuse to wuss out!" thought Desu. Alice sadly looked off at the four friends conversing. "Was hereally going to ask me out?" Alice said to herself. Alice had had a crush on Desu for a while now, but was too nervous to tell him. Alice sadly looked down at her keyboard. Then two women walked up behind her. "Your not going to ask him to go with you?" said young woman with blue hair. "He may have chickened out, but that doesn't mean you should." said a girl with cat ears and claw-like fingernails. "Clair! Kitty!" said Alice who was startled by the two walking up. "If you don't even try, you'll be kicking yourself for it later." grinned Clair. "Trust us on this. There's nothing worse than regret." grinned Kitty. At this moment, a cocky, newer member of YCM approached the three girls. "Helllloooo ladies." said the new member. "One of you babes care to go with me to this party thing I heard about?" smirked the flirtatious new member. "No." said all three girls at once. "What? Come ooooon! Pleeeaase!" whined the new member as he grabbed Alice's arm. "Let go of me your creep!" demanded Alice. "Then go to this party thing with me." said the new member. Kitty and Clair exchanged glances, and prepared to beat the new member to a pulp, but someone was quicker. A gunshot was heard. They new member jumped away, releasing Alice's arm. "That was your only warning. Leave my friend alone, you perverted son of a-" began Desu as smoke came out the barrel of his 6-Shot gun. "O-ok ok! Ease up, man!" said the new member in terror. The new member, ran away in fear, knowing full well what the consquenses of further harassing the girls. Desu, Jord200, Tsukasa, and Chihaya walked over to Alice, Kitty, and Clair. "You ok?" asked Desu. Alice smiled at Desu's concern. "Yes. Thank you, Desu." said Alice. Desu and Alice remained silent for a moment. "Now's your chance!" whispered Jord200, Tsukasa, Chihaya, Clair, and Kitty, all at once. "Uh....Alice, there's something I wanted to ask you." began Desu. "There's something I wanted to ask you too, Desu." said Alice. Both remained quiet for a moment. Then....... "Alice would you be my date to the Grand Party?" "Desu would you be my date to the Grand Party?" asked both at once. Alice and Desu both blushed. Jord200 and the others only grinned. "Sure. See you then?" said Desu. "See you then." smiled Alice. A few days passed and the day of the Grand Party had come. Countless people showed up. There were duels. "Xyz Summon! Evilswarm Bahamut!" said a man everyone called Bahamut. There were battles. "Zekron use Fusion Bolt!" commanded an artist named Issun. There were tests of strength. "Do you honestly think you can beat me?" said a man named Byakuya as his sword clashed with the sword of his opponent. "I'm definantly gonna try!" grinned a man named Renji as he fought his superior. There was anime. "GIGA! DRILL! BREAKER!" "This is even better when your wearing his glasses." thought Raine to herself. There was even a silent auction. "150 points going once! 150 points going twice! Fairing warning! Your out. SOLD! To Phanton Roxas! Come forth to claim your prize, the Awakened Hero- Gagagigo card!" said Crab Helmet. All in all, everyone was enjoying themselves. Desu and Alice were sitting in the food court, watching evilfusion duel Darkplant FEAR. "I just wanted to say, thanks for being my date, Desu." blushed Alice. "Don't mention." said Desu as he turned away, trying not to reveal he too was blushing. "Well congrats, Desu, Alice." said Yuzuru as he and Kanade walked up to the couple. "Best of luck in the couple contest." said Kanade. "Oh yeah, because you two aren't the favorite to win." said Desu. "Sorry, guys. You never know though." said Kanade. "Quiet down, Crabs is about to announce the winner." said Arm. Crab Helmet, one of the most powerful moderators walked onto a stage, and picked up a microphone. "It is now time to announce the couple who the members of YCM voted for their favorite. Our winners will recieve $30,000 in currency of their choice, and five free video games of their choice." said Crab Helmet. "Its obvious who's going to win." sighed Jord200 quietly. "I wouldn't be so sure." grinned Yin. Jord200, Tsukasa, and Kitty looked in confusion at Yin. "And the winners are.................... Desperado Finale and Alice!" announced Crab Helmet. The surprised crowd broke into applause. Desu and Alice looked stunned. "Well, this is a surprise. Congrats." said Yuzuru, accepting defeat. "H-how did we win?!" stammered Desu. "Enough people voted for you. Duh." said Issun. The crowd continued to applaude for the winners. Desu and Alice looked at eachother. "Thank you, everyone." said Alice as she and Desu kissed. The lights faded and revealed the God Jord, and with him he carried plates of motherf*cking diamonds! "Fear not, men of darkness and vice, for I carry with me the key to your salvation!" Men and women gathered around the divine one as he divulged the word of greatness and perfection. Now! Now, the word has been written and spreads like the blazing fire jumping from heart to heart!
