And if it is a 'when' it would be something on the line of "When this card is sent to the Graveyard,..." ... =P Link to comment

"when" implies a trigger effect (like being sent to the graveyard) and the effect activates and is done, "while" implies a continuous effect: while it's in this state (like in the graveyard) the effect continues to happen hope that clarified things ^_^ Link to comment
