Tour Guide from the Underworld is -- after a millisecond of soul-searching -- now apparently excellent Fiend support. I say bull**** to whoever got lured by the lowly loli *****. The few LV3 Fiends that you can feasibly select for Tour Guide to make sense, the low stats, the negation of effects, denial of Synching -- and you say it supports Fiends? Who are you kidding?

But fear not, anti-Fiends (no disrespect to Fiend lovers everywhere).

Now this, my friends, is Fairy support.

It can be used as an instant Rank 4 Exceed -- but you must have a Level 4 or lower Fairy first.

It boosts the flagging fortunes of those downtrodden Agents and that suspicious Hyperion and that broken-as-**** Krystia.

It helps Cloudians and Counter-Fairies.

It makes playing Nurse Reficule a breeze. (And thus puts a wan smile on those about to burn their copies of Reficule and Simochi. Yay.)

It even searches Honest -- but again, account for field presence brah.

A balanced card promoting honest-to-goodness gameplay (Honest be damned to rot).

So, in the cost of being a slower Tour Guide, you made Pluto's effect re-usable and therefore made spam...

Really? That is even more terrible design than Tour Guide!

So this>Venus> shine balls> this reused. So one monster gave you five lol yeah fairies may need support but we don't need all of...this and its not balanced for the reason you kinda listed that it was good. It fetches everything remotely useful and it has a decent attack. Way too overpowered.

The fact that this cannot be used for an instant Xyz is overshadowed by the fact that this is a Kinka-byo, from the Deck, at Level 4, with tons of good targets.

[center]Not seeing an issue here as of right now, but I can see the issue. Too bad I can't retain the Kinka-Byo from the Deck aspect... but I'll get back to that later. I promise you that.[/center]
