When your opponent activates an Effect Monster's effect: You can Tribute 1 face-up "Ninja" monster you control; negate the effect and destroy that monster, then if you do, Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand or Deck with a Level equal to or less than the Level of your Tributed monster in the Graveyard + 3.

I like it. It's a good 1-for-1, it makes Counter Fairies more consistent, and if you use the effect of the Fire Ninja you get Archlord Kristya.
