Nathanael D. Striker
Fiendish Spirit *** DARK Fiend/Effect ATK 900 DEF 400 Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster (from your Graveyard) except this card. If this card would be used as an Xyz Material: Treat this card as a Level 4 monster. A bit interesting to say the least. I've enjoyed making this little thing. Anyway, CnC. Link to comment
newhat
"Except this card"? Do you mean "except 'Fiendish Spirit'"? Anyways, this card is extremely powerful in Lightsworns, Wind-Ups, Inzektors, and about 50 others. Nou. Link to comment

wizered67
I really like this card. In a way it is more fair than tour guide and rescue because you actually need to have a level four in your graveyard. Also, you need to discard a card, which isn't a lot, but at least it has some drawback. But overall, a very easy rank four xyz. Great job! Link to comment
byak
I'm pretty sure Generic Easily Accessible Revival on a monster is not good card design, last time I checked. Link to comment
Mehmani
Aesthetics (including Wording/Grammar, Picture, Name etc.) = 10/10 Creativity = 6/20 Balance = 3/30 Viability = 40/40 59% = D+ Well, let's start by saying practically every deck would run it and that it doesn't have any aesthetic flaws. So you get a like, albeit an undeserved one given how hopelessly overpowered it is. Creatively speaking, you haven't done too much. It does seem well thought through, but it seems well thought through in the same way Konami thought through Rescue Rabbit. It is as if it has been made without any understanding of the impact it would have, hence the low balance mark. The reason this isn't any longer is because there really isn't much else to say, except: "This card is dangerously overpowered." Lucky to scrape a D+, sadly. Link to comment
Nathanael D. Striker
Balance seems to be the thing that is deteriorated when I leave for an extended period of time. The fact I rarely play the game anymore doesn't help. Well, got to start somewhere I guess. Link to comment
Mehmani
I don't play much. I keep in touch with the meta as much as possible, but I'm not a "career player". I'll go on DN every now and then to playtest a deck or troll with Empty Jar. You just have to stay in touch and most of all, use your common sense. If something seems too damn powerful, then it probably is. Link to comment
Nathanael D. Striker
There is my problem, I lack sufficient common sense. Also, my tablet hates DN which makes it difficult to test deck. I do try to check up on what is buzzing in TCG, but that only goes so far. I'll get my sense of balance back, eventually. Link to comment
