I summon Heroic Challenger Excalibur use his effect (2000>4000) I now use Heroic Chance Doubling my attack again (4000>8000) did I mention Heroic Challenger now has anger issues (8000>16000) Suck on that REDMD lol

Its a funny card of course and nothing is wrong with it. The fact that it is a trap card slows it down to a non-broken speed therefore I think it is fine the way it is.

Which is what I was intending. I simply wanted to create a card that was balanced, but would be fun and interesting.
That, and people are neglecting to mention that you can use on a player's End Phase to boost that monster's ATK and DEF, only to watch it die.
Or, you can use this in a Six Samurai Deck to power up Shi En to 5000 ATK, then destroy another Six Samurai you control to keep Shi En on the field, now permanently at 5000 ATK.

Design itself is flawed. i.e. there's no way of making the card actual good design without changing its entire purpose.

Pretty much what Crab said.

You could potentially remove the destroy effect, and instead replace it with 'It cannot attack during the turn you activate this card.'

Which would make it outclassed by D-Prison and Mirror Force unless you're obsessed with damage.

Miracle Locus it up and reduce all Battle Damage done by that monster this turn maybe.

Therefore you can still use it normal something and run over a tricky boss, or to defend yourself for a turn or even against an effect such as The Black Corn (that would work right?), but nullifies all OTK stuff that we all hate.
