Synchronized Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 A card in the hand cannot use its effects unless specifically stated, such as a card like "Effect Veiler" or "Honest". The only card whose effect activates upon returning to the hand is "Mist Valley Thunderbird".
