I like the set its just that they seem slow. Like you have to wait until the standby phase to get charge counters and even then the only truly good effect is duplicate which takes a couple of turns.

Why would you even use charger? its uber weak and just takes a bunch of hits to the face for no real net gain.

Thunder cord is nice but you don't have what the Xyz materials should be listed on the card I'm assuming its 2 Level 4's but once again the card doesn't say.

I am assuming this is getting some support because right now it reads off as Cloudians stagnant counterpart.

Hey dude.

Let's see, a thunder based archtype, always appreciated, and the Boltspark name is likeable. They revolve around counters, interesting and not done for a while by the card game, and something that suits a thunder archtype. Let's have a look at each card individually:

Duplicate: In principle, its not a bad card. It's ATK is good and not overpowerful for something that can swarm in this manner. Main issues are OCG. Where do the other Duplicates get summoned from; Deck, hand or Graveyard? Even if can be from all three (which I wouldn't recommend) you should state all three in the same way Inferno Reckless Summon does. Quite happy with it being able to activate its effect more than once a turn; problem is when you get more duplicates out and give the archtype more counter gaining support. Perhaps a Rabbit style 'You can only activate the effect of Boltspark Duplicate up to twice per turn' would be in order to prevent possible OTK abuse that might appear later.

Charger: Doesn't really seem to do anything, other than act as Tribute fodder for Duplicate, which is in itself not amazing giving that removing counters is the preferable method of using that. Can't really be used for Tribute or Xyz summoning, although it does have One for One, Truth of Nonresistance and other level 1 support. But generally not that worth it.

Conductor: ........

All I'm going to say about that one, is that its effect doesn't remove counters for activation, and isn't once per turn. Having three counters might all well read 'Destroy all cards your opponent controls'.

Thunder Cord: Doesn't list Materials. Generic or Thunder specific?

Don't really understand the wording. Does it gain a counter for every Boltspark monster you control, or does it place one counter on every Boltspark monster you control? Can't really comment much more on it until thats cleared up, other than again, once per turn clause.

OCG in general: More readable fix because that is the main problem I have at the moment:
