Digimon: Return to the Digital World [PG-13][OoC/NOT STARTED/ACCEPTING]

This thread is to discuss, plan, apply and such for my new RP, Digimon: Return to the Digital World.

PLOT:
The Dark Masters are back, and are secretly devising a plan to take over the Digital World once more, and if it spreads to the real world, then all hope will be lost. You (Or your character) must team up with other characters to try and find out why some of the friendly Digimon are becoming evil!

So here is the Application:

Evolution Line: (some Digimon have a sub-species line, for instance, GeoGreymon > RizeGreymon > ShineGreymon.)

RULES:
All YCM Rules apply.
All YCM RP Rules apply.
No Xros'ing (As this is a cheap method to get something like a MetalGreymon.)
Burst Digivolving is only allowed when a Mega-levelled Digimon is in a severe pinch (On the brink of death).
DNA Charges are okay, as long as your App states that you are a DATS member.

HOW DIGIVOLVING WORKS:
You can evolve your In-Training into a Rookie whenever you like, same applies for Champions.
You unlock Ultimate Levels when you have made 20 post's here OR pay 20 points.
You unlock Mega Levels when you have made 50 post's here OR pay 50 points.

Appearance: Tom has flat, uncombed hair, his face is quite round, his eyes are a deep blue. His choice of clothing are usually orange T-Shirts with blue shorts, this can sometimes vary though.

Personality: Tom is usually very curious to his surroundings, he does not like change of environment much aswell. He is constantly sarcastic. He also isn't very brave, but when faced with life-threatening situations, he will put others before himself. He can also have random bouts of depression.

History: Tom's Grandmother died when he was 6, Toms Nan took care of him most of the time up until she died of Lung Cancer, after trying to fight it, she eventually told Tom's mother to stop everything, and they did, this explains the random bouts of depression. Tom has also had his fair share of traumatic experiences, his mother being stalked by someone, his Mother moving to the countryside (where Tom had not liked it) with a man Tom barely knew, this explains the dislike of change.

I'm pretty sure that you're supposed to have the plot and stuff planned out before starting the OOC and, this may be optional, but you're supposed to wait until you have participants before you start the IC. You definately don't start the IC if you don't even know the plot to your own story.
