If you want a system that's been dead since launch, look no further than the Vita. All of your comments about the 3DS are actually true of the Vita and not the 3DS.

Oh and Kingdom Hearts 3D? Kingdom Hearts destroyed my childhood, and its also pretty f***ing long, LONGER THAN SKYRIM.
SML3D was disappointing, I didnt even make it to World 2 without accidentally finding out the 1up trick. Kid Icarus Uprising's controls left my hands dead for an hour. Proffesor Layton has bitten the dust. Black/White's 3DS compatibility does not add anything to the game or the 3D Pokedex. Paper Mario will get sales, because it's something new.

Half the things on the 3DS are horrible, uninspired games people will suck up. Its like the Wii, 75% s***, 25% good. So you know what? Flame me, flame me all you like. Wont change my [i][b]opinion[/b][/i].But what the hell, its the internet, people wont respect other peoples opinion on anything because they are too busy sucking up the shovelware that gets churned out every 6 months by bigtime developers.

Mark my words, when the WiiU comes out, 3DS will be dead.

Fire Emblem: Awakening has had better debut sales than FE10, 11, and 12.

Lots of people care about the Mansion, Layton, Kingdom Hearts has a huge fanbase, as does Final Fantasy.

YES, see whether popular or not I consider the 3DS to be a gaming breakthrough. In a small handheld console they've been able to generate 3D without glasses.

Maybe I'm just getting cynical and nostalgic in my old age, but I'm just not enjoying what Nintendo puts out any more. And that's a problem, because I pretty much only buy Nintendo games. Yeah, I'm one of [i]those[/i] people.

I didn't like Skyward Sword. I despise Super Mario Galaxy 2 - not because it's bad, although it's probably not quite as good as the first Galaxy, but because it's stupid and...whatever. I got about halfway through Super Mario 3D Land 3D before I got bored. Loved Mario Kart 7, though. I'd buy some 3DS games, but my 3Ds got stolen.

Now this year's E3 actually made me [i]less[/i] excited about Paper Mario Sticker Star, and not because Sticker Star looks bad (it looks awesome - it's like it took badges and then made the whole system about the badges) but because it's surrounded by a bunch of games I don't give a crap about and also happen to be Mario games. New Super Mario Bros. Wii U is...you guys DO realize NSMBWii wasn't very good, right? I mean, it was a great handheld game...but you released it on the Wii. Then there's New Super Mario Bros. 2 (which is actually either NSMB 3 or 4. Ow, my brain.) which would be a load of fun, but is completely soured by being the SECOND NSMB GAME HERE. da fuq? Also Nintendo Land.

And because we can't have nice things, I've been overthinking about Sticker Star, and it has the central gimmick as part of the title. And I think this is usually a bad sign in Nintendo games...you know what, I don't even know what I'm saying anymore.

Pikmin 3 looks <3. I love you Miyamoto-san!

EDIT: Also, buy the f***ing 3Ds.

Actually, 2D Mario games always sell better than their 3D counterparts, regardless of complaints. Of course they'd make one for their console.

Cool, its not like the first game didn't have that trick and you won't end up with a stupidly large number of lives before the game picks up in difficulty.

Major developers don't put out shovelware. They might not always make the best games but they are normally trying to make something good. Shovelware is made in the hopes that naive buyers think the games seem fun.

Yes, the 3DS doesn't have the fullest line up, but it is still only a year old. Plus the system has a lot of good stuff coming in the pipe. Also, why no one bring up Mario Kart 7?

Since I like segues, I'll use that to get into the real topic (also, lets drop the 3DS one and put that in its own place) and that most systems take a while to pick up steam. Wii U will likely start out slow and once the triple A games start coming out the sales will pick up a lot. Also, th fact that Pikmin 3 is likely a launch title sales should start strong too.

As for the system itself, it has a lot of great design options so I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it.
