NeoRWBY65
These cards cause pain for an opponent not prepared. Each one focuses on a different characteristic of your opponent's cards, and if that characteristic is not the same for all of your opponent's monsters, then their effects activate. They also hate Xyzs. Anaconda Mech - Type Blocker FIRE Level 3 Machine/Effect Your opponent cannot declare an attack unless all monsters on your opponent's field have the same type. If your opponent controls an Xyz monster, this card gains 2000 ATK. ATK 900/DEF 1800 Anaconda Mech - Attribute Lock FIRE Level 4 Machine/Effect You can special summon this card (from your hand) if your opponent controls 2 or more monsters. Your opponent cannot special summon monsters unless all monsters on their side of the field have the same Attribute. If your opponent Xyz summons a monster, your opponent must skip their next draw phase. ATK 1500/DEF 1200 Anaconda Mech - Level Negater FIRE Level 6 Machine/Effect You can special summon this card (from your hand) if your opponent controls 3 or more monsters. As long as this card is on the field, negate the attacks, effects, and summons of all Xyz monsters and destroy them. Your opponent cannot activate spells or trap cards unless all monsters on their side of the field have the same level. ATK 2200/DEF 2100 Anaconda Mech - Defense Crusher FIRE Level 8 Machine/Effect You can special summon this card (from your hand) if your opponent controls 4 or more monsters. If this card battles an Xyz monster, destroy it immediately with this cards effect (without damage calculation). This card inflicts piercing battle damage unless all monsters on your opponent's side of the field have the same DEF. ATK 2800/DEF 2400 Anaconda Mech - Attack Annihilater FIRE Level 12 Machine/Effect Cannot be normal summoned or set. Must be special summoned by its own effect, and cannot be special summoned in other ways. You can special summon this card (from your hand) if your opponent controls 5 monsters. When this card attacks, destroy all monsters your opponent controls (without damage calculation) unless all monsters on your opponent's side of the field have the same ATK. For every monster destroyed by this effect, inflict 800 damage to your opponent. ATK 4000/DEF 2000 Hope you guys like them. Link to comment
Love of Ghibli
Attribute lock: definitely broken I mean Time Seal and Yata Garasu are perma-banned and they stopped making cards that lock your opponents draw phase. Then it has a Vanity effect as well nah man too overpowered. Although I can see the last effect by itself being okay or if the attributes are the same no special summoning. Level Negater: Ojama Trio while they have a non level 3 on the field...lock complete. I think its pretty close to overpowered. The set as a whole is nice-ish I think it gets too great with cards like Nightmare Fiends (or w/e 3 2k token card is) and Ojama trio but I understand the goal. The only true problem is Attribute lock in my opinion. Link to comment

Love of Ghibli
Lock has to be changed definitely and after constant debates with myself Level Negater is fine the way he is. The deck as whole as some pretty nasty set ups with old school cards. This is why I love WC lol Link to comment

[/quote] He's better its just that I am skeptical of skipping the draw phase as a viable effect. I mean it doesn't just kill the (well dino rabbit anyway lol) it kind of goes against all of zexal era. Link to comment
NeoRWBY65
The skipping draw phase is an effect that restricts the opponent, which is what I wanted these cards to do. Attribute Lock won't be able to activate that effect very often, since his first effect stops all special summons as long as that condition is fulfilled. And if an Xyz gets out, I don't know if Lock will last long, unless Level Negater is also out. Link to comment

I just think it should be noted that only two cards I know that skip your opponents draw phase are banned and this is kinda in between then when it comes to what's good and what's not good.
