Jord200
Infernity Sapling DARK/Plant/Effect ATK 0 DEF 0 Level 1 Whle you have no cards in your hand, you can Special Summon 2 Level 1 DARK monsters from your Graveyard. These monsters cannot be used as Synchro Material Monsters. One for All Normal Spell Activate only when your opponent's Life Points are higher than yours; Special Summon 3 Level 1 monsters with the same name from your Deck. These monsters cannot be used as Synchro Material Monsters and have their effects negated. One-Shot Star Shooter LIGHT/Fairy/Effect ATK 100 DEF 100 Level 1 When this card is summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 1 monster from your Hand. Number C83: Galaxy Goddess DARK/Spellcaster/Xyz/Effect ATK 500 DEF 500 Rank 1 You can also Xyz Summon this card using a "Number 83: Galaxy Queen" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that card become Xyz Materials on this card.) You can detatch 1 Xyz Material from this card; all monsters you control gain ATK equal to the ATK the detatched monster, and inlfict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent; monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle, until your opponent's next End Phase; all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of the detached monster. You must have 1000 Life Points or less to resolve this effect. Power of One Normal Trap If your opponent attacks a Level 1 monster you control; negate it and draw 1 card. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
One for All and Power of One, combined with Mystic Piper, Battle Fader and other horrible stall cards. Exodia gives you two big thumbs up, while me and several thousand players punch you in the face until you add "monsters summoned to this effect have their effects negated" to One for All. Besides, One for One is limited (still, isn't it?) Why would this be allowed? Infernity Sapling, I don't see the benefit for Infernities. Struggling to think of targets actually. (Again, wikia is down on me so can't look). Galaxy Goddess (nice name) is interesting, don't see how giving Piercing and lowering opp's monsters ATK combines, and that its lost Galaxy Queens invincibility effect kinda makes it weaker than its predessor. Chaos Xyz Change for the finishing blow only. A noble, but doomed attempt. Link to comment
Reinforce
One for all = overpowered in King of Skull Servants decks too, and even if you did negate the effects of the level 1 monsters you summoned, mystic piper would still be able to use his effect through it, since he gets tributed to activate it. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
...mystic piper would still be able to use his effect through it, since he gets tributed to activate it.
Really? *bursts into laughter at his own ignorance* My knowledge of the finer points of this game is so limited, I'm hopeless. Yeah, burn it. Burn it with fire. Link to comment
seattleite
Infernity Sapling doesn't say Once per Turn, so you can use Cannon Soldier with it to OTK. Agree with everyone else on One for All. One-Shot Star Shooter is an alright card. Number C83: Galaxy Goddess doesn't specify normal summoning requirements (2 Level 1s? 3?) The LP requirement really puts a hamper on it. I don't see a problem with Power of One, but most people would rather run D-Prison, etc. Also I think that the way its worded, it would require the Level 1 monster to be face-up (so opponent can verify) which puts you in a risky situation.
