Yugiman64
Are we gonna use the fake 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th levels of the orichalcos or just the original three?
Merci
Just the original three. It's already an instant win once you've brought out three layers, and to go further is to bring the duel into DBZ standards.Anyway, I'm going to be getting off the site for a little while, is that okay? So, Russel, once you appear, just have them accept (or decline...whatever) and then simply write about Protheus doing a few one-liners while leading them towards the newly-selected base, some sort of gigantic garage or Duel Runner factory... Premier Alexander Romanov
It's a factory, but not in the assembly line type of factory you would think of. And Natsu just performed an Accel Synchro Summon...sort of...
Love of Ghibli
I guess we can ignore the fact that Accel synchron could have swung then did its thing leaving only 500 lifepoints left. lol P.S. I love that Yugi's deck is taking so much damage when I define the first Yu-Gi-Oh to be the best series because they had cards that don't do that *cough* mirror force *cough* magic cylinder *cough* P.P.S. If Junk Beserker attacked Marshmallon facedown I don't think it would flip therefore herpderp no damage. This shows that the game is much faster than in Yugi's day. Also, monsters nowadays have all sorts of tricks up their sleeves. In the olden days, something like Marshmallon was a real hassle. Now, it's a minor inconvenience at best. But sadly, the ruling states that Marshmallon's effect would've activated, since it was flipped up before damage calculation...I think... Love of Ghibli
Click on the herpderp link please, flipping is damage calculation because you use it to verify defense (hence why Catastor doesn't work) if you kill before damage calculation you don't flip monsters. Yugiman64
i just re-read the effect of marshmallon. It's effect happens after damage calculation. Oops. *blushes*
galesonic
It does apply actually. Samurai Sasuke #2's effect prevents damage from Marshmallon. Junk Beserker's effect does the same thing, so no damage applies, since its not really attacked.
Love of Ghibli
Marshmallon doesn't have to be flipped up. It's effect states that someone just has to attack it while it's face down for it to work.
Marshmallon's effect is after damage calc meaning he would have to be face-up.
No, actually you haven't missed anything. Well, Albtrum should be currently engaging in a one-on-one duel with Atsuko (feel free to make the first move), while Kurai is hanging around in Itsu's Duel Runner factory, now the chosen base of the cult resistance. Also, apparently Protheus showed to him that the Tarot card that represented him was 'The Star'. Something to think about.
Admiral_Stalfos19
@Obelisk: Well, there's that, and there's the -2 cards in hand (plus whatever's in your Deck) just to SS a Fusion. That doesn't exactly justify banning Future Fusion in my eyes, unless they seem to think Five-Headed Dragon's too powerful a boss monster or something like that. TotalObelisk
Well these are also the people that banned Premature Burial and gave the okay for Monster Reborn and Dark Hole ¬ ¬
Merci
Premature Burial is something that can be searched due to being an Equip Card, and this made it a lot more dangerous than the likes of Monster Reborn and Call of the Haunted.
Allow me to shed some light on the situation the reason Future Fusion is a problem has nothing to do with Five Head the problem is being able to go into your deck and just set up an insane amount of shenanigans. Example: You turn and lets say for the sake of hilariousness you went second. 1. Play Heavy: just for lulz 2: Play future fusion

send two of this and use their effects to banish this
send one of this
send a couple of darks
3. Special LightPulsar from you hand removing one Eclipse and a dark, that eclipse gets you REDMD to your hand 4. You can summon another dragon and remove it to summon the REDMD or banish the light pulsar on the field either way is fine. 5+ from here on you can get creative and just start spamming BLS, Choas Sorcerer's, and other dragon beatsticks but keep in mind two things...you should 1) with this turn (your first one btw) and 2) none of this was possible without future fusion setting up your grave for you. Admiral_Stalfos19
What MI said about Premature Burial. Plus the monster that it's equipped to still survives if Burial is bounced, which is another problem with the card. Giant Trunade, though, I never got why it was banned. Along with random things like Mind Master and Fishborg Blaster.

And like Merciful said it was searchable...ugh *shrudders* nightmares
What MI said about Premature Burial.
