I've never played it, and picking a team solely on favorites sounds like a bad idea, but how well would a team of Phoenix Wright/Amaterasu/Zero work out?
Actually pretty well.

See, Ammy has an assist that makes her fire down these shots of ice that, if they hit, can deal decent damage.

If they don't hit, it still stuns the enemy for like, 3 seconds. This gives the average Wright player enough time to look for some evidence/get the Maya Shield/Object/DHC into safety.

Basically Ammy works very well with Wright. Zero on the other hand, well he's very hard to use and can hit well, but he's more of a point character, which counters Phoenix.

Usually in the last slot you have your last stand character that can make use of Level 3 X-Factor and destroy.

Eh, Rocket Raccoon is incredibly hard to use but has his hitbox advantage, the Log Trap assist and can do extensive combos.

Some guy won a big tournament a few months back using Viewtiful Joe/Frank West/Rocket Raccoon if that means anything.

I read very little about that, is my bb Nova in that?

Because if he isn't I'm gonna be very upset.

Doesn't look it judging from the concept art poster.

Profound sadness.

Seriously though that's depressing, I was looking forward to seeing Richard Rider punching the s*** out of things.

Oh well. At least Rocket Raccoon is there.

Yeah I won't doubt it. I already heard rumors of a Doc Strange film.

In fact, that's my most wanted film, right up there with the Deadpool movie actually coming out. Because if Strange comes out, there's a 9/10 chance the villain is gonna be Dormammu. And I'd love for Dorms to be added into the Marvel cinematic universe.

Kind of upset Spider Man did so well though, because if it failed Marvel would have gained the rights to him and he would have obviously appeared in the Avengers 2 or something along those lines. But at the same time I'm kind of happy Spidey finally got a good movie.

Hot damn DC needs to step it up.

I love how Deadpool's getting his own game too. And the trailer for it looked pretty promising.
Dormammu would be an awesome villain onscreen, better than Mephisto anyways. Some people might think the latter could appear in Thor 2, but I'm doubtful.

Honestly, Sony's never going to give up their rights over Spidey and X-Men. I think it's safe to say the most popular heroes are Spider-Man, Wolverine and Iron Man, and Sony owns two of them.
I would love to at least see some sort of cameo or nod in Avengers towards them, but I think they'd need to pay Sony some stupid sum of money and they wouldn't see it as worth doing.
I'm glad The Amazing Spider-Man was a good movie, I just wish the Lizard had more of a snout...more Lizard-y that way, though that was how he originally appeared in his comic debut. So if Lizard came back at some point during the movies, he might be more feral 0_o

Did you see the new Man of Steel teaser? I have a feeling Superman's going to become relevant again like Batman; I thought I heard plans for a Justice League movie too, but something like that won't work as well if the heroes in it aren't introduced beforehand. The reason The Avengers did so well was because it developed all its heroes in their own movies, connected the stories with one another, and delivered an epic 2+ hour conclusion that served as a brilliant crossover that viewers could truly appreciate now that they knew everyone so well.

Eh, it's Waypool so I'm kind of on the fence about it. The movie's script, however, was amazing. I doubt Mephisto will come in because he's part of the (hilarious) trainwreck that is the Ghost Rider series. \

I could dream, Fuse. Don't make this hard for me ;_;. But at least Sony is making good movies for X-Men and Spidey again (first class was good don't you dare say otherwise). And I'm pretty sure I remember catching a reference to Spidey when I saw the movie for like the 7th time. It's a real shame Marvel doesn't have the rights to him though. Wolvie and co. I can care less about, but Spider-man has always been a pretty cool dude.

I'll always hate Supes for being a blatant mary sue (I mean, Bats is too but he can still be likable). However I expect his popularity to rise after the Man of Steel because people will watch it and experience the Batman effect and start thinking he's the greatest thing ever. And yeah, there's a Justice League movie coming out. However I honestly don't think it will be good as DC doesn't have a cinema continuity and, you know, Batman ditches the whole superhero s*** in the end of TDKR. so I doubt that, even if they had a continuity, it would work well.

Implying that Spider-Man 1 and 2 weren't good.

1 was fine, 2 was okay, 3 was crap.

Amazing was better then 1.

I must be the only person who's getting sick of Superhero movies. Too many lately for my tastes.

It's the new trend man. At least they're done well.

God I hope the Human Revolution movie is gonna be good. =/

Was he in the 2nd one? Or was that old devil guy from the 1st one technically him?

Please, First Class is the best X-Men movie to date.

>Now has incentive to watch it again

Well, after Ice Man anywa*shot*
I'll always hate Supes for being a blatant mary sue (I mean, Bats is too but he can still be likable).
Superman's worse than Yusei...and that's saying something.
Actually, Batman's going to get another reboot at some point. They'll probably use whoever the next one is.
1 was fine, 2 was okay, 3 was crap.
3 would have been way better if it saved Venom for 4, seriously...
Amazing was better then 1.
I like it and Spidey 2 equally for different reasons, but I'm more inclined to say Amazing will be a much better series overall.

Old devil dude was him, I thought.

First Class was amazing. Like seriously, it was such an apology letter for Origins.

You should, if you can, I mean. I'm pretty sure that it's not in theaters anymore (god i hope so i dont want to see it again).

BEST MARVEL CHARACTER IS TASK AND YOU KNOW IT.

And for that DKR tidbit, interesting. Wish they could go back to the series to you know, explore you know who after the end.

And yeah, 3 was a clusterfuck of characters. Shame too, I was looking forward to Venom.

I did like The Avengers. Thor was okay too.

Other then those guys, I guess I just didn't read enough comic stuff to care.

You should start. They aren't bad man.

I know they aren't bad, I just haven't been able to get into them. I tried.

If I thought hard enough, I might be able to think of something.

Oh and send me the Mother patch and stuff. I want to start playing soon.

Read Cable and Deadpool, good starting material and a generally great comic run.

And sure I'll get on that.

Yeah, but considering Nolan left the franchise, it wouldn't be as good. I'd say call it quits at 3 and leave it as an awesome movie trilogy.
And yeah, 3 was a clusterfuck of characters. Shame too, I was looking forward to Venom.
For that matter, they picked Topher Grace? The me of 70s Show?
Someone like...Matt Damon, or someone would have been better
