Can only be Normal Summoned(from your hand) by tributing 3 Monsters with 0ATK from anywhere on the field. When you Tribute Summon this card, the Original ATK of all face-up Monsters your Opponent controls becomes 0, and Monsters your Opponent controls with 0ATK cannot Attack or change thier battle position.
