Slapping a so called holo over an image and changing the layer properties to overlay does not make a good holo. People, don't waste your time with this shop.

If you want to make a holo, set the setting layers to burn or dodge, I forget what, and lower the opacity.

Still not the correct way to make a decent holo, ie your example is still below average. Go look at some cards like Thunder King Rai-Oh, and pay attention on how the holo is proportioned on the actual image.
