The anime kind of sucks

Yes, the yu-gi-oh anime kind of sucks. Ill admit its way better than

GX, but theres better stuff out there. The first season is by far the best, it doesnt take too long to get the ball rolling and see some cool duels, while still having character development. However some duels are way longer than they should be and span too many episodes(yes and this is coming from a DBZ fan!) Also in many episodes the cards do way different things in the TV show then they do in real life, which give the Yugi or whoever uses the card an unfair advantage, which is ussually overcome by another card that has some crazy effect it doesnt have in real life. Also im pretty sure in the last episode Yugi pulled out some card against pegasus ive never seen him use before, or have before, or talked about before, and then he never used it again. So this is why the anime kind of sucks.(the whole god cards saga and GX REALLY sucks.)

It`s called the "Duex Ex Machina" Getting something exactly when you need it! Did you know that Yugi Controls his Deck using the Millenium Puzzle? He just uses the "Heart Of The Cards" as a excuse. How do you think Joey won the Duels he Played? Atem controlled his Deck!

 

I prefer GX as it follows the TCG quite closely. I don`t like the Cards they add Specially for the Show though....

I like GX better bc Jaden's deck actually matches his character, unlike Yugi who throws in random cards. In yugioh, they mess up the card texts, while GX make up cards that don't exist. I rather watch a yugioh show that reveals cards that don't exist than to see real cards with effects that don't match the real one.
