I tend to think it might be different if it was whenever you drew it, as opposed to just the Draw Phase, but I'm not sure if that would make it broken. The second one is bad and would have no place in Inzektors, especially because they don't [i]need[/i] Hornet or Ladybug in the hand to make themselves work. The third one would be better as a Normal Monster because it would benefit from the Normal Support (like being a Normal in the Deck). Link to comment
Durandamon Posted June 25, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 Well, if I made the first one whenever it was drawn, it would be probably op'd with DWs running Dealings and stuff. The second one, well, was mostly because of others. I mean, take Mantis for example. It is sent to grave, you summon cuz of eff, then you add to hand and equip again. Also, it says Equip Card, so spells as well. The third one, I suppose I could make it a special Gemini, if its better. Link to comment
newhat Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 Grrey isn't very good because Dark World monsters don't trigger when they're discarded as part of a cost. They need to be discarded by effects to work. Scarab doesn't do very much. If you have a card with the power to detach itself like Hornet, Ladybug or Hopper, you're better off abusing those effects than returning that card to your hand. You might be able to use it with Giga-Mantis/Giga-Weevil and Mystical Space Typhoon, but there's not much of a point. However, by boosting its ATK by 100, I can equip Heart of Clear Water to it an infinite number of times and gain infinite Life Points with Spell Absorption, just like with Guardian Dagger - Elma and Gearfried the Iron Knight. Seal of Devastation might be useful for making [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Dimensional_Robo_Galaxy_Destroyer"]Robo-Batman[/url]. Link to comment
