[b]Here is a little story:[/b]

[b]I had though to make Toon Clown's second effect be: "Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your Deck". That idea was quickly discarded when I realized how Toon Clown's overall design meant it could easily be broken if not careful. This is what I saw:[/b]

[b]- Summon "Toon Clown"; activate both effects.[/b]
[b]- Summon any "Toon" monster using the second eff.[/b]
[b]- Overlay back into "Toon Clown".[/b]
[b]- Activate the second effect twice; Special Summon 2 "Blue-eyes Toon Dragon"[/b]

[b]Needles to say; 2 3000 direct attackers with 1 card is broken.[/b]

Both cards sound interesting, but I would prefer if Celtic Guardian's no Toon World eff would grab a Toon World or Toon Table of Contents from the grave.

I will not disagree that the effect would help if "Toon" monsters lost all 3 "Toon Worlds". However, "Toon" monsters also suffer from failing to find that card, as they can do very little without it. So how about this?

The reason Toon Table of Contents is not included is because the card is the most generic archtype searcher card...ever. Doing this would make "Toon Celtic Guardian" a huge searcher card. Actually...that isn't a bad idea, I'll ponder on it.
