Sagramore
Phantom Beast Chaos-Call Xyz/Rank 3 LIGHT/Beast-Warrior 1900 ATK/1500 DEF 1 Level 3 LIGHT monster + 1 Level 3 DARK monster When this card is summoned: you can detach 2 materials from this card; Banish 1 LIGHT monster from your Deck and Special summon 1 DARK Level 4 or below monster from your Deck. That card cannot be used as an XYZ material. When that card is sent to the Graveyard, discard 1 card if able. The effects of "Phantom Beast Chaos-Call" can only be used once per duel. Thoughts or comments? EDIT: forgot attribute + type, so I just threw together what sounded fitting. Link to comment

On top that it is restricted in XYZ material, its effect is also restricted to once per turn and said effect already has another drawback. Honestly, there are a lot of cards that can do what this guy can do with little to no restrictions. Mystic Tomato can do what this guy can already do much easily, and it is also more versatile. Sagramore
thanks for pointing out my capitalization errors. Also, though I agree mystic tomato is a great card, it can only search cards with 1500 or less attack, while my card can search those that are level 4 or below, giving me a different range of search targets.
