Okay, it is too limited. On top that it is restricted in XYZ material, its effect is also restricted to once per turn and said effect already has another drawback.

Honestly, there are a lot of cards that can do what this guy can do with little to no restrictions. Mystic Tomato can do what this guy can already do much easily, and it is also more versatile.

thanks for pointing out my capitalization errors. Also, though I agree mystic tomato is a great card, it can only search cards with 1500 or less attack, while my card can search those that are level 4 or below, giving me a different range of search targets.
