Reginanos
I love how this Structure Deck only has 5 cards in it. I suppose you're adding more though, or are you just showing off new ones? Link to comment
Agro
I like how your comment wasn't helpful in the slightest :\ Link to comment

newhat
8 bumps in 9 days. Golem is not very "Naturia". It's easy to dump with Mantis. Since it's a Rock, it doesn't work with Pineapple, so you must take a natural -1 to Summon it from the Graveyard or a -2 from the hand, a possible +1 with Plateau, and then a +1 when it's destroyed or you Tribute it with Plateau out. It also has high ATK and can't be used for the Synchro Summon of Beast, Barkion or Landoise. It's very...aggressive. Melon is interesting in that it is almost impossible to abuse. You can Tribute the Summoned monster for an effect or Tribute Summon, which goes well with Plateau. Add in Golem and you create an engine for easy card presence. How un-Naturia (the slow Forest notwithstanding). Roach works nicely with Horneedle and Mantis. Being a Level 4 Insect, it also works with Verdant Sanctuary if you care to use it. Plateau is dangerous with Horneedle and evil with Mantis. It's incompatible with Pineapple, but that hardly matters when your Eggplants form an impenetrable Summoning barrier. Sacred Root...well, it slows the opponent down. That's pretty much it. It seems like Exterio's Fang would be generally better. Link to comment
Agro
8 bumps in 9 days. Not nearly enough, it seems. Well that's the idea. What kind of boss sits around? It's goal is to increase the consistency of Naturias by managing the rest of the deck by getting what you need in your hand when you need it to get the negation going. Melon is interesting in that it is almost impossible to abuse. You can Tribute the Summoned monster for an effect or Tribute Summon, which goes well with Plateau. Add in Golem and you create an engine for easy card presence. How un-Naturia (the slow Forest notwithstanding). Restrictions are fun. Its main use is obviously as fodder for the other Naturias' negation effects. Konami has been making a lot of cards that would be good if they had a little less restrictions, but they've always been afraid of making it too overpowered by removing a restriction. Hopefully, melon is an example that it can be done, and done relatively easy and well. Roach works nicely with Horneedle and Mantis. Being a Level 4 Insect, it also works with Verdant Sanctuary if you care to use it. My main fear was making Roach lock everything down by simply being on the field much like Mist Valley Thunderbird and Apex Avian. With the other support here, I'd made some pretty damn good swarming cards, so I didn't want to make the overgrowth become a simple lock. It being Level 4 in itself was one of the ways I tried to balance it, since it can't be searched by Plateau. Plateau is dangerous with Horneedle and evil with Mantis. It's incompatible with Pineapple, but that hardly matters when your Eggplants form an impenetrable Summoning barrier. Plateau is quite dangerous, especially with Mantis. Perhaps I should nerf it a bit by eliminating the Graveyard summoning part of it's effect. [s]and replace it with hand[/s] Sacred Root...well, it slows the opponent down. That's pretty much it. It seems like Exterio's Fang would be generally better. It's simply what Landoise's Luminous Moss and Barkion's Bark did for Traps and Monster effects. I didn't really want to make a broken final card to wrap it up, so I kept it simple.
Well then. Thanks for commenting, it was getting rather lonely over here. Though I'm still waiting on the one person I asked... isn't that right, Kyng?
Reserved spot for in-depth analysis.
