It's not really an archetype if there's only 1 monster.
Anyways, you really need to improve your card grammar and punctuation, as I can barely tell what the effect is supposed to be, and as it is, this effect is rather useless, as not only are there no cards to change Rank in existence, but it doesn't matter what Level it is as an Xyz Material. There are some cards out there in the OCG/TCG that are Spells and Traps that can attach themselves as Xyz Materials.
This needs drastic improvement, as I can't really read your card, and the effect doesn't do anything.
