Super-powered Blood.

As such there's lots of ppl bleeding and lotsa blood everywhere. Oh and a dimly-lit room of massacred schoolchildren.

In all seriousness, I did enjoy the series and how the Shinji-ish protagonist eventually nutted-up later on. But i dislike the last episode of the anime because
It's a GO READ THE MANGA!! cliffhanger ending
I thoroughly enjoyed Deadman Wonderland. It was much more graphically violent than I believed it would be, but it is very entertaining!
The first episode shocked me because I didn't expect a classroom of students to be brutally massacred within the first five minutes, but that's what got me hooked.

The *beeps* in the anime can get a bit annoying after awhile, but you learn to just go with it after awhile. lol

So, out of curiosity, exactly how violent is this? It looks interesting but I want to know if I can watch it without being scarred for life.

One of the most violent manga I've ever seen...just saying.
Though none of it's really scarred me for life. For people who frequent the internet often like us, it's a safe bet we've been desensitized enough.

Shame the mangaka's on hiatus for pregnancy.
