Due to a series of unforeseen events each of which take precedence over most aspects of my life. He has yet to respond since then, or rather, he has yet to read it. I'd say temporarily lock it till Kio reappears like a wild Zubat in a cave. Cause we no longer have nothing to work with. The RPers themselves (including myself) are just coughing up something, just so they can keep the RP running, to say the least. Their efforts weren't wasted till recently.
