Reborn looks exceptionally pointless here.

Otherwise this looks exactly like mine with different anti-meta choices, so looks good to me.
Reborn was accident.

It was supposed to be Hidden Book of Spell. I wanted to tech it in, see if it tested badly or not. Worst case scenario it became MST bait, best case I got to recycle stuff.

Deck didn't save. x-x

Safe Zone or BtH would look kinda cool instead of D-Fissure. Safe Zone just means that a lot of destruction just hurts less.
I could try that honestly. I'm gonna test it.

-1 Fissure
+1 Safe Zone

Why are you running Hidden Book of Spell over The Transmigration Prophecy?

Hell, why are you running it at all?
Because I forgot Transmigration existed?

Why would I run Transmigration over Pot of Benevolence in this deck, which I also forgot existed?

I don't keep tabs over every single unused card in the game, I was browsing on DN and this was the first one I came across.

Second, I'm using it because I need a backup in case I lose all my Breeding Machines. It can also return One Day of Peace and things like that.

Of course, since I'm running it as a tech at 1, I would honestly rather run Pot of Benevolence, consider Spell Card that'll end up doing the exact same thing.

Forgetting a card existed is not a valid excuse, but congratulations; you single-handedly justified why some newcomers think that the Blue-Eyes White Dragon is the best card ever.

The Transmigration Prophecy can also be chained to your opponent's graveyard plays, making it more versatile than Pot of Benevolence. But for the reason you're using it, it's just about as good as Magic Reflector.

You know, you could just be running a card that's just generally better.

(Also, I can be obnoxious and put a new line after every one or two sentences too!)

It kinda is when it's a card hardly ever used and more often then not isn't needed. Not everyone makes it their job to memorize every card. :/

I can't afford to clog more of my Spell and Trap Spaces then I already do. In this case, PoB is much more useful since I don't care about their Graveyard, considering I have Macro Cosmos and D-Fissure. I would rather be able to add my cards quicker since that's what I care about in the first place.

Not in this deck. Too many traps makes it hard to have space, so I would rather just have a Spell.

It makes posts easier to read, I would prefer it if more people did it.

Even if I CAN afford the cost half the time, that doesn't mean I want to.

Worth testing, but I think I would rather return two o the deck with the draw power the deck has, then discard two just to add one to hand. Dunno, gonna test.

Actually in this deck, if you somehow do lose all 3 Machines, you kinda need to use Excavation if you want a way to get them back since you'll actually have them immediately and it is your only reliable source for monsters. It does seem like the best recycling card for the deck.

I've never actually ran into that situation, so I didn't really worry about it. I understand the idea behind Excavation, but honestly, I've never been in a situation where I actually needed it badly. I'm gonna test both and see which I prefer when, and if Stone tests better then great, if not, okay.

If you've never ran into that situation, why would you play Hidden Book of Spell in the first place?

Because I've got more to recycle then Breeding Machine, it was never urgently needed in my hand, and I didn't want to discard two for one. I could usually just add it to my deck and be able to wait or draw it. It was never a NEED NOW situation.

Safe Zone@1 seems a little random.
Also, try:
-1 Duality
-Reaper
+2 Cardcar
It's MST bait and stuff like that. Protects a monster to keep it as a way to get over some stuff. Take out an opponents monster if they blind MST.

Cardcar clogs waaaay more then you think. It looks good on paper, but in testing, it didn't work half as well. Maybe I was just having bad luck, I dunno. I'll give it another try just to see. :'o
