Question about Advertising

May I advertise a site of mine on Yugioh Card Maker. It's Yugioh related, we're looking for members, and we can get members to come here. To do some sort of affilation maybe of some sort would be appreciated.

tl;dr You can place a link in your sig space and About Me area, but that is the most we allow.
