By the late 23rd century the Mori clan took an interest into politics and became a major contributor to political campaigns thus earning a member of the family a permanent seat in the Emperor's Council. Fast forward to the benevolent reign of Emperor Shouhei Koruda the Mori clan took it as an honor to be by the side of this benevolent. Unfortunately the family member that represented the Mori clan was none other than Souken Mori. The family felt that the Emperor could possibly be to lenient and who better to balance out that overwhelming good vibe than the borderline apathetic Souken Mori. Souken was born into the Mori clan and with his brothers was strictly raised in the art of combat, Maryoku, history, fine arts, and tactics. Souken grew up to realize that in this peaceful era no one had any real ambition even he himself was deigning to go through life as the Emperor's council. On the fated day of the Emperor's passing Souken noticed one person with ambition and that is the new Emperor. Though a tyrannical dictatorship is a juvenile way to run a country it is to be expected of the young emperor. Souken was also glad to hear of the rebellion for what is a great story without a protagonist who comes up and over throws the established order. Like his father always told him there are three characters in every story: the protagonist, the antagonist, and the opportunist. And it is the opportunist who usually lives in the end. Maryoku: His Maryoku is the ability to make a sphere of compressed and spiraling air (the rasengan visually) used in conjunction with his war fan he can launch his sphere opponents causing concussive pressure damage. He can also expand the air spheres to gradually push things away. This technique of expansion is commonly used with more than one sphere on opposite side the opponent and both expanding outward thus squeezing the life out of the opponent. His slight curves and slightly bulging butt makes him look more female. For a very odd and unknown reason, he has two white fox tails which he can easily hide. Shiki’s complexion is almost snow white. Shiki can be seen with pure white hair on his pale little face. His eyes shine under the sun, shining in seven different colours. He also has a pair of odd-looking white fox ears, instead of regular human ones. He is generally seen with an adorable smile that charms many. To cover his tail, Shiki wears a long coat over his pretty, simple white dress. To cover up his odd ears, a simple beret is worn. He wears a pair of simple black shoes, with stripy, black and white stockings. Gender: Male, although he looks absurdly convincingly female, especially with that voice. Personality: Shiki is, in actual fact, a very shy person. He tends to run away from the situation instead of confronting it. While this may be true, he is always present to lend a helping hand to allies. Once you get to know him better, he will be closer to you and trust you more. He despises those who torture the weak, and will even resort to violence. When angry, he tends to look like he’s going insane and setting the place on fire. Bio: There is little known about the wonder that is Shiki Furukawa, not even his real name. There are not many in this region who even know his true gender. It is believed that his ancestor migrated to Japan, contracted with a familiar, then the familiar became his wife, and the bloodline continued until Shiki was born, which may explain Shiki’s odd ears and tail, which appeared to be rather real for a reason. His family does, however, prefer to lead a more peaceful life as fishermen and farmers, for it was more peaceful that way. They have been leading normal lives, as normal people, ever since. In secret, his family are actually experts in technology from the 23rd century and before, knowing how weapons work inside out. In fact, they have an illegal job of modifying guns and other weapons to make them more powerful, which explains the weaponry he carries. He also learns these skills from his family, allowing him to adapt to situations. It was only recently when he had joined the rebellion against Kouhei. He believed that this was a great opportunity to change history for the better, for the children after him to benefit from. He was confident that with his great skills in weapon modification and exceptionally unique Maryoku, he could aid the rebellion in a positive way. Maryoku: Shiki is able to utilise Chi to activate an odd ability known as ‘Rainbow Blaze’. It allows the manipulation of rainbow-coloured flames. While these flames lack heat, they are shown to have brute force and great crushing power, enough to bend steel and chip diamond. They can be shifted into many shapes, and be used for many purposes, like enhancing speed or defence. With enough chi, he can unleash a signature move – Kitsune Fury, which engulfs him in rainbow flames in the shape of a two-tailed fox, but he goes berserk until his chi and stamina runs out. Weaponry: Shiki carries a flamethrower, cleverly disguised as a backpack behind his coat. It is able to launch red and blue flames, depending on the mode it is switched to. It utilises old-fashioned fuel. He can channel chi into it so that it can switch from red or blue flames to rainbow flames. He also wields an M1A1, a type of Thompson Submachine gun, illegally modified by her family to shoot diamond-based bullets.[/spoiler]] Hooray for Fox-person trap. I dont know how much help I'll be though, and I'd need to finish my app off first. And I probably wont be as active as I could aswell. Got tons of stuff at the moment. GCSEs are coming up, and my band's getting ready for it's first gig, so we're practising quite a bit. But I'll see what I can do. EDIT It's also kind of unfair that you banned all foreign affairs people after Otaku, especially considering I had a Half-English guy reserved on the first page. He is friendly to most people he meets, especially those inside the rebellion, or those also suffering due to the Emperor. He is sympathetic to the plight of most, and will fight for people who's cause he views as noble. He is also rather lazy and is prone to procrastination, often taking double the time he was given to complete a contract, though he will complete it effectively. When not drinking, he likes to lie on a hill or roof and stare at the sky, counting the infinite stars. Despite being an effective fighter naturally, he is usually against violence, and will never spill innocent blood, no matter how necessary. He is also very confident in his skills, and rather cocky when it comes to bar/petty fights and quarrells. He has an, although hard to rouse, very passionate and devastating anger, that is even harder to stop as it is to start. It has caused much damage to him before, and is likely to do so again. Bio: Akira was born of the strange phenomena known as Heteropaternal superfecundation. He is one of a pair of non-identical/fraternal twins who although were born of the same mother, had different fathers. His elder brother(about 1 hour older) was born of a high-ranking official that was within the emperor's favour, and his mother was married to said official. Meanwhile, Akira was born of a less noble man, and was considered of much lower rank. His father had been one of the servants in his mothers home, and a secret affair that had been hidden for years. However, after the pregnancy, the affair was discovered and the servant was executed, while the wife was left unharmed as she was carrying the son of the official at the same time. Akira was discriminated against since his birth by his family. His 'adoptive-father', the official, cared little for him and viewed him as a stain on his reputation, and his half brother Kazuki was favoured heavily over Akira through-out their childhood. Akira was forced by his 'Father' to join in with the servant work, and was to wait on Kazuki hand-and-foot. He was treated more like a slave than a part of the family, and missed out on many things, such as schooling and training, both of which Kazuki was given high-standards of. They were like opposites during their childhood. While they weren't the worst of enemies, and occasionally got on well, they acted like rivals. When their father was not there, they would compete in multiple challenges and battles, which Kazuki would usually win. However, it was rarely by a long-shot, and although they took no notice of it, Akira was much more naturally talented than Kazuki in a variety of things. They remained rival-like brothers until they entered their teenage years, where their emnity started to rise, and they became much more seperated. Their spars became much more violent, and on one occasion Akira was crippled for 2 months due to the ferocity of his brother's attacks. At the age of 16, their mother died. For a few short weeks, they were united in their sorrow, and fought less and less. They were much kinder, and Akira was treated more like a member of the family than usual, and even gained some training and schooling, from which he picked up a lot in the short amount of time. However, he soon discovered that his father had organised the murder of his mother, as revenge for her betrayal of him. In a fit of rage he attacked his father, and was beaten half to death by his brother for the treachary. In a moment of compassion, he was let live, but banished. He went into hiding, gaining food and supplies by stealing, and became rather effective at fighting, discovering and training his Maryoku during this period. After the ascension of Kouhei to the throne, Akira joined the Rebellion, becoming one of the first members. Due to his newly found but mastered skills among the shadows, he became one of the Rebellion's top assassins, his Maryoku abilities benefiting his chosen profession very well. He isn't very well known among the rebellion, but has made many friends inside it. While part of the Rebellion, his has recieved much training, and his natural talent has been brought out to reveal a quite effective, cunning and, most of all, impecably fast warrior. His rivalry with Kazuki is much more present now, as while he ascended among the Rebellion, Kazuki gained a favourable spot among the warriors of the new Emperor. Maryoku: Leon's Maryoku focusses itself in two seperate ways. The first is his most commonly used, as it requires little effort, energy or concentration. It increases his speed and reaction time 5 times over for a few seconds, allowing him to momentarily vanish with speed, attacking his opponents with expert precision and power, and allowing him to dodge and block most attacks. Although this technique requires little energy or concentration, using it 5 times in one day will render the user unable to move for a week. The second is a manipulation of light. This ability is not a very effective battle technique, for it causes no harm to the opponent, but can be used quite well as a supporting technique. He mainly uses it for two purposes. The first is to manipulate the light around his body so as to make himself invisible to not only the human eye, but to any radiation based detectors. However, sonar can still find him. The other is to blind his opponent. This is usually done by reflecting the light off of his blades and into the opponents eye, which not only blinds, but he can use it to affect their time perception, allowing a maximum of 1 minute to pass it what may seem like a second to the effected. This is most useful in a fight, where it allows him to seem to move much faster than realistic, and can allow him to infiltrate places quite effectively. It requires a source of natural light to perform. I promise I'll make his brother's better. PS: I think Otaku would make a better Co-host. I'm more of an RPer myself, and although I do know the way things work within RPs and stuff, it's very rare I'm much of a help Co-hosting any RPs. My own RPs never work out, and there's only been 1 or 2 that I've co-hosted that were successful. Plus, Otaku's been on here longer than I have and probably knows more of what to do. No one has enough money to make enough diamond bullets to make a single clip for a Thompson. A hidden flamethrower is also really weird. Your description of the flamethrower tells me that you don't really understand how a flamethrower works. I'm only the co-host, but I would not accept that app until the weaponry is redone.
