You guessed it, BattleTanx - Global Assault. I remember playing the game as a kid and I absolutely loved the gameplay and fun I always had with my friends. Games in the series: BattleTanx N64, PC, PSX BattleTanx - Global Assault N64, PC, PSX WDL Thunder Tanks PSX, PS2, PC And just to make this topic hardcore, I am going to post the theme song to Global Assault.
