Lunar Origins
Hello, it's that worthless piece of junk you may know by the name of Lunar. As you all know, I'm not the most artistic person in the world. My creativity stems only from my sugar highs; without a can on Pepsi I'm near worthless when it comes to these types of things. Anyways, I've taken up drawing as a hobby, and as such have started a daily sketchbook. My goal here is to fill up this sketchbook with a single drawing per page, not counting the very first page as that will be an index of sorts. As I finish more and more drawings, I will post pictures of the drawings and details about that drawing in particular. I found an image of her off of Google Images at random and I attempted a sketch of her with only slight reference. After I had finished the sketching, I took to inking. In afterthought, the hand is quite disproportionate and the shading on the eyes leaves much to be desired. The hair is messed up and the phone doesn't look like the phone. I'm liking her smile, however... It took a few tries to get that down.
-Day 2- http://i.imgur.com/In0EL.jpg My friend had a picture of Youmu Konpaku on her so I referenced it to draw this picture. I inked it but I screwed up on the eye and the sword, but other than that I think I did fine. I'm proud of the hands.
-Day 3- http://i.imgur.com/838wu.jpg My friend told me of a guy named Mark Crilley on Youtube, so I looked him up and did his "How to Draw Anime Girls With Big Eyes" tutorial. I am more than satisfied with the result.
Comments? Suggestions? Would you like me to draw something? Leave a not below and I'll look over it. I'm also looking for any and all tips. I'm more or less of a beginner, so anything is appreciated. I will try to update weekly with ~7 or more drawings per week.
.Rai
What I like is that you've acknowledged the mistakes. Yeah, the hand is disproportionate to the rest of the body, but since you know, you can improve on that. The necks of women are actually a little thinner that you're drawing it. It's noticeable in anime and manga style too. Flatter shoulders maybe? Also, neaten up inking. Inking really should be impeccably neat and clean, so try to get some inking practice in. I really do like this, and the fact that your'e doing a daily sketchbook. Extremely awesome.
Kakashi Hatake
Any tips I would have would be this; Start out drawing the general idea with a pencil LIGHTLY. Do use those short sketchy lines. Practice light flowing lines. Other than that, you're starting out pretty well. Try doodling Maes Hughes from FMA: Brotherhood!

Jolta
I too, am quite a novice, but hasn't learnt how to draw proper pupils. I am so doing something like this. For a beginner, this isn't bad at all. Just a few flaws I can notice that have been pointed out. To be honest, I actually find this hairstyle quite challenging, so I never attempted any similiar hairstyles. The chin needs to be a tad bit sharper to match Yuno. Unless your aiming for adorability. I see a strand of hair coming out from behind her right hand. Is that a handphone strap or a drawing error?

The hair is pretty tough but it's not the toughest thing for me, 'cuz I don't really focus on it... Alright, guys. Up today: Maes Hughes from Brotherhood! Let us hope that I don't completely butcher him.

Lunar Origins
Thank you. Updated with Day 3, which is based upon a tutorial that I followed. I think I'm improving, but I can't really tell.
Kakashi Hatake
You're definately improving. Her head and ear is a bit unshapely and her shoulders and arms are flat but everything else is better. As much as people say this, practice does make perfect. It'll get repetitive but what you have to do is draw, draw, draw. It's going to take a year or more to get very decent so you have to be patient.
Lunar Origins
Arms are quite flat because I didn't even pay attention, I just couldn't stand having any blank portion. Kinda why I draw so large. I need to fix that.
Simping For Hina
Anime necks are usually sharper, just a tad. The shading of the neck is uneasy. Nice details on the hair and eyes.
Lunar Origins
Why thank you, Daemon. I didn't think that I'd get a comment from you. Anyways, I don't think I'm ready to attempt Maes yet. Dunno what I'm gonna draw today, though. .~.
