Personality: Jonny’s feminine appearance matches his lady-like personality – gentle, caring, and definitely patient. He does not like harm and chaos, and believes that they are just plain sick abominations of mankind. This is what aspires him to be a hero. Deep inside, he is willing to die for his friends, family, and foes when they are in deep danger. This trait allows him to show his true bravery in battles each day.
Biography: Jonny is a member of the Stiltons, a family whose main tradition was crossdressing, which was to prepare for an occasion where one gender dominates the other. But for now, it is but a pointless dressup game in the eyes of others, that is, if they know his true gender. Jonny is part Japanese, coming from his mother. Jonny’s true dream is to be a warrior who fights for others, and he indeed is. When he was young, he met a young girl. This girl was eccentric, and did not have a name, and never wanted one. Her past was unknown to him. Feeling sorry for her, he simply took her into his family. Stiltons, being beings with hearts of gold, accepted her and raised her like their own. She still doesn’t want a name, though, although often called ‘Hillary’ by Jonny.
This was when he found out about his ability – the power of Mind. He kept it a secret, and used it to telepathically talk to ‘Hillary’, to counter her muteness.
Today, Jonny is a warrior who fights alongside ‘Hillary’, as Porter and Agent.
Appearance: Jonny is an androgynous young man, although appearing absolutely feminine and completely lacks masculinity. His body appears to be curvy and slender, unusual for a man, wielding an AA-cup. He lacks an Adam’s apple, even though it should be visible with his average-sized neck. His hair is long and blonde, and his eyes a shimmering mix of sapphires and emeralds. He is often seen is a gothic Lolita-styled black-and-white dress, along with an umbrella and hat to top it off.

Extra Information: Sometimes he can be seen holding a simple wooden katana, to be used as a weapon. He rarely ever turns his body metallic. He rarely uses Mind for brute force, unless he honestly needs to. Usually he uses it to push things out of the way.

Personality: ‘Hillary’ is an eccentric young girl, hiding many secrets. She is the closest person to Jonny and vice versa. Jonny is the only person she allows to call her ‘Hillary’, anyone else and she will become angry. Being mute, there is very little known about her, and she doesn’t even know much about her past either. She can communicate with Jonny through his the power of ‘Mind’, and in fact, he is the only one that allows her to. Despite this, she can be quite a very abusive ‘tsundere’ towards him, especially when she is jealous. She often claims that Jonny is nothing without her, which is, sadly, partially true.
Biography: Her past is unknown. She claimed that she had no parents, and she was left as an orphan. The only thing that was left with her was a simple hankerchief. It was until the day Jonny found her on the street, all dirty and filthy, so he decided to help her. This strengthened the bond between them, causing them to be closer, and finally, she became so attached to Jonny she simply could not pass a day without him.
Appearance: Hillary of today is still a little, petite girl with the appearance of a ten-year old. She wears a regular hoodie with a white dress underneath. Her long, wavy black hair is tied up in long twintails that reach down to her thighs. She can often be seen with a simple, usually empty bag. No one knows why, or what it is used for. Her eyes Are generally covered by her hair and not even Jonny has seen them before

Three things:

1: If the power is granted once after you touch them, why does the government even need agents? Fire all of them, get a Frag, and start a war that way.
2: You stated earlier that "They [the fragments] have like, a radiation effect." and then say you gain the powers after you've touched it. Which is it?
3: Why do Agents exist at all when they can be transformed into fully realized Porters? They're people without Elem ("Others, who weren't infected with Elem became Agents"), yet we know Frags give people a lot of Elem ("When he grabbed the Frag, his arm started to glow, and a large amount of Elem surged into him."). You might say they still exist because the government wants to use Agents and Porters in a combination or something, but that doesn't make sense because:
Agents have shitty powers (in comparions to a Fragment Augmented Porter)-
Equalization just brings them up to the same level as a regular Porter. Allegiance is useless unless you have a lot of Agents and Porters together, but I'm suspecting having 3x Porters and their 3x Agents isn't near as good as having 6x Fully realized Porters. (All you need to do is knock out one guy, and his partner is rendered useless, whereas they need to get rid of the full six.) Lifeguard is equally a useless skill because it doesn't help you win. It helps you lose slower.

Agents rely entirely on their Porters to be even remotely decent.

I would have said "porters that have their magic powers activated by agents" and "porters that have their magical powers activated by frags" but that would take too much time.


People only get super powers when either:
a) They find an Agent
They have a lot of Elem.

Why even have agents if their so ineffectual? It just doesn't make any sense to do it the "traditional" Porter + Agent way when Porter + Frag is so much better in every respect.

This is weird, wasn't your original stream of thought that the rogues are in no way a threat to the GOV-F, but now it seems that the rogues completely overtake the GOV-F. If a rogue can't have an agent that just sounds like simple game rules. Why can't the Alliance (or w/e was opposite the Hoard) in WoW have blood elves and troll shamans it just isn't the way the game is designed. Didn't you actually state that the GOV-F should just go and collect the Frags as well so basically its why can't both factions have access to both methods of unlocking the Porters powers?

First of all, my original statements were made before comments such as: "The Frags give more power than Agents, and the power is gained after you've touched it" were posted. I'm entitled to change my mind after new information is presented.

Secondly, I didn't say Rogues should completely overtake Gov-F. I said Porters that had their powers unlocked with a Fragment should be the only people Gov-F hires. There's two types of people in this, those that wanna destroy the government, and those that had their powers unlocked with Frags. The ones that have both are called Rogues. The ones that just had their powers unlocked are free to do as they please.

It's a bad "game" design and since the RP's not started yet he still has time to make changes. Hell, he even admits that agents weren't well thought out. ("I started creating the plot without the idea of Agents, but Agents seemed to make things more interesting, so I added them later.")

Yes I did.

More Frags in possession of the Government = Less Frags possible for Rogues to collect = More powerful Porters fighting for the Government. There is literally no reason why the government shouldn't, unless there's some other information we haven't seen yet. Are you suggesting the government shouldn't collect Frags?

For example, you guys should provide an actual explanation as to why there are no agent rogues, since right now it seems like the rogues are all about destroying the government (with the finding of Frags being kind of a sidepoint, since they supposedly have a decent army already). I'm fine with there being no agent rogues, there just needs to a good explanation for it rather than having the RPer assume that every Agent has the same moral compass and does not want to defy the government.

It's just a general thing that all of the Rogues use Frags instead of Agents. The Porter/Agent combo becomes powerful with a strong bond between the two. The Rogues become stronger without those bonds because they collect several Frags to become powerful.

I'm just saying, the rogues seem like more of an "anti-government" alignment than an "anti-agent" alignment. If you perhaps added one specific event that led to the OUTLAW of Agents in the rogue forces, it would be more clear that they are strictly against using Agents in every way, rather than "they just are."

Biography: Isaiah not surprisingly grew up in the church. As a devout protestant he devoted all of his time to defending the church and proselytizing to nearby townships. He did so with a smile on his face and humbly took the many rejections of those who would not attend his church. When he turned 30 he was honored to be the head bishop at his church. Unfortunately on that same day a rogue porter set fire to the church searching for a rumored fragment in typical anime fashion. Thus began Isaiah's mad drive into insanity. Not knowing of his own porter powers Isaiah was useless against the rogue so as he barely escaped and vowed revenge for all of Christendom. Isaiah spent the next ten years mastering swordsmanship and aiding out neighboring towns everywhere in his travels. His exploits caught the attention of the GOV-F so they approached him. Knowing the aim of the GOV-F and their talent to match Agents with Porters. Isaiah saw this as a sign from God and that the GOV-F were God's divine will on Earth and Isaiah vowed to follow them for the rest of his days the only problem is finding a an agent for Isaiah...

Name: Sam Winters
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Personality: Sam is a businessmen who hates his current situation. He tends to try to analyze everyone he meets in hopes that he can find that one person who will liberate him from this annoying contract with the government. Sam takes on task methodically almost like a game of chess and as such no matter what the situation he tries to make everything as efficient as possible. Even in combat he believes that there are useless moves in every combat scenario so it is best to capitalize them. Sam can come across arrogant because he is constantly trying to tell people in ways they can better themselves.
Biography: Sam was a very normal child nothing special in his story to be exact. He did well in school and was all set to go to college, but he thought it would be great if he was able to have a successful summer internship with the GOV-F. As he got accepted into his internship program he was a simple secretary. He did not have any real important duties or task, but that was fine with Sam because nothing mattered except getting done with this internship. One month into his internship everything seemed to be going smoothly unfortunate for him Sam ran into a very odd foot soldier who brandished two swords in on of the GOV-F's office buildings. Sam was initially scared because who wouldn't be with a big ominous sword wielding man approaching you. The big man walked passed Sam without even waving or saying high, but Sam was close enough to see that the man was angry and the man was looking for someone specific. Sam looked the other way and did not bother to ask questions (like how did someone with two swords make it through security) second later a fight broke out down the hall from his cubicle. The swordsman got into a fight with a porter unfortunately for the swordsman the porter had an agent with him so most of the swordsman's efforts were in vain. As a crowd gathered round to watch this throw down Sam was slightly upset at the two on one situation but he didn't know what he could do. Subconsciously Sam reached out his hand towards the swordsman and they started to resonate. Sam unleashed the power of trigate unwittingly and led the swordsman to victory.

In an odd twist the swordsmen revealed to be Isaiah thought that this instance was another sign of God's divine will because Sam and Isaiah are both Biblical names. Unfortunate for Sam who simply wanted an internship for his resume he became stuck with the government as Isaiah's agent and partner. Sam does not blame Isaiah for this situation he blames the government for not letting it be some sort of side job.

Appearance: Sam is of African American decent and has is lightly overweight. He tries to keep his hair cut and everything looking normal too help hide the fact that he has a belly. Tanner often wheres dressier clothes to remind himself that he wants to be a businessman at one point in his life without having to go on death defying mission with a religious psycho. Sam often wears speries instead of dress shoes because they are more comfortable in times of combat he likes to were kangals and fedoras because the give off the image of being cool.

He soon found out the technical term for what he was called a porter. He refused to instanly join the gov in there hunt for the fragments to him it was a waste of time. He started to to let them hunt him because he saw it as a way to keep his skill up to a level. He never spent more than a night in any town. he had ended the carears of dozen of gov porters and agents. He never felt like there was a true challange for him till he ran in to a blade master who worked for the goverment. He end up fighting him at his house in front of his family he struck down this man,when he defeted this man ti hit him that he was doing more damage than he thought. He sat next to the dead man for a week contaplating what he was doing. He noticed as the man's daughter keep a close eyer on him. The house was soon visted by a stranger who killed the mans wife but before he could kill the girl soren steped in to save her. He noticed that he felt stonger so he turned his blade to where a sonic ring came off the blade. This sonic attack burst all of this strangers organs. Soren turned himself in to the goverment to suffer what ever punishment he was going get for his crime. He soon was realesed on the condition that he work for the goverment.

She Spent her youth walking around and ejoying scenarey of the wourl around her. She never really paid much attention to the world around her however she always wondered why she was diffrent. She was happy te way life was especially since nothing bad ever happened to her. She was always happy when her dad would return home from missons and such. The last time her father returned home from a misson he had a stanger following him. He and the stranger gotin to a fight that end with her father takeing his final breaths. She spent her time waching as the stranger sat next to what was left of her father. She never saw him eat or drink let alone move then one day her home was attacked by another starnger. She hid as the stanger attackedher home. She heard the screams of her mom and then footsteps that started towards her door she hid back towards the back of the room. The man had busted down the door trying to get her. When he got to her he told her that he wasgoing to kill her. Right as the man took a downward swing at her the staranger who was outside next to her dad busted in through the window and blocked the shot after that all she rembered was a loud screech. While begging and pleading to a god, telling it to stop his punishment from his people, it was through his prayers that he created the god complex Xenth. After the creation of Xenth, Alex ran away to end his suffering. It was several years later he joined the Rogues and obtained his powers.[/i][/left]

While the day has no effects on him, which is usually in the mid-afternoon or midnight, his ambition for adventure peaks, but he still has the heart of a vulture and seeks to stir up trouble whenever the opportunity abides itself. Above all else, Taz has few words, for he usually has no interest in expressing himself through speech and prefers to do so in battle...or in segments of hilarious pranks. Could it be his Agent that was being whipped? He could not remember, but this power he was holding spoke to him, telling him to use it to get revenge on this mysterious person. But when Taz is as neutral as one could detect, Flause finds a way to tilt the scale and plays pranks on him. The results are mixed, but a neutral Taz to Flause is like tofu served plain...it is too bland for her own personality. However, when Flause is without Taz, she feels powerless, choosing the way of cowardice rather than heroism.[/size][/font][/color][/left]

After several days of suffering under her step-parent's words, Flause chose to pack what she could carry and fled for the wild, but a few days in on the journey, she was a fool to have stayed close to the road when she was kidnapped by a group of people in a passing caravan. In the caravan was a man, bound just like Flause, and just with a glance, something inside Flause started to rouse. With this sign, the boy was struck and thrown into the ditch while the group began to laugh and lash Flause, holding him hostage in the mountains before Taz came to her rescue. At this time, Flause felt a burning sensation that she had never witnessed before, and thrived on it with her time with Taz, whom shared the same experience with a different power.
