(The reason I didn't include "A Legendary Ocean" or "The Forgotten City of Lemuria" in the effect is because they're both treated as "Umi" anyway, and thus are already covered by this effect.)

You've got to make it "Return this card from your Graveyard to your deck; ..." instead. No, not Banishing cause that's retarded either way.

My initial thought was that, since most WATER Decks normally rely on ALO most of the time, and that Continuous/Field Spells are easy targets for S/T Removal, having a "Woodsman"-like effect for the Umi Fields would be most beneficial. Still, you do have a point; having the activation requirements be similar to "Marie the Fallen One" (but better) [i]would[/i] be terribly broken.
