Thar
I don't really do much card comps anymore, there's no one really left to challenge me.
I'm always willing to do another one-on-one. You interested? But yeah, that day I beat Huntar was a major highlight in my time here. Sucks that he's gone now. Another one-on-one for old time's sake would've been nice.
The Warden
I don't feel like card making right now, I have to feel inspired, like when I made my VWXYZ support, that was fun.
Thar
Just do what I do and browse Deviantart images. It's usually the image that makes the flavor for the card.

Jake the Sage
Guess a bit more added on, please . . . On Topic: I've never really been that big on the actual card making since I don't enjoy it as much as everyone else seems to do. In fact the only reason I joined this forum was so that I could save my cards. But I eventually went to the role-play section as well as the clubs area. The only reason I want too stick around is because of the people and the slim chance I might become a Mod (XD)

Ironically he never joined, and I ended up boycotting Yu-Gi-Oh for M:tG, which he never picked up. And what's weird is that my only form of communication with him is through his girlfriend's Facebook. :/ Though after joining Striker's contest, albeit scoring low, I have the desire to start making cards competitively again. The Warden
Striker spits out contests constantly, despite being an amateur card maker. I found YCM by looking for a card maker as well, in order to save cards. But then I joined the RP section because I liked RPs. However, because most RPs die these days I quit and just stuck in Clubs whilst watching the TCG section.
Jake the Sage
Hullo everyone and how are you!? Dad is out today so I get to be the one to bump the thread with an update and a new topic. Updates are just that Dad went to his English midterm and that Uncle Mike is leaving tomorrow. Oh, we also got too, me included, see the new movie Hotel Transylvania. I loved it since I can really relate to Mavis and what her father is like. So, is there anyone in a movie you can relate too?

Thar
I suppose I can relate to Andrew from Chronicle. The guy's character relates to me in so many ways.
Jake the Sage
Okay I have to have BOTH of you elaborate. I've never wanted to watch human centipede, though AMV Hell the Movie trolled me with a clip from the movie, but I do know the plot well enough to purposefully avoid it. So Daemon . . . how the hell do you relate to the human centipede?! Thar also I have to ask who is that, what is the book, and how exactly do you relate?
Andrew is the main protagonist/antagonist in the movie Chronicle, a story about 3 guys that find a powerful core underground and gain superpowers. Andrew is a distant, shy, and awkward geek-like character that is video-taping everything with his new camera. Andrew relates to me with the whole distant and awkward personality. Desu the Blue Nerd
Dude, you just spoiled pretty much the whole movie. You could have just used that second sentence and end it there. :I
Thar
Huh. Normally I'M the one that hasn't seen a movie. Regardless, it was interesting. Unrelated cause Chronicle isn't on it: I watched Captain America on Netflix. Now I pretty much NEED to watch the Avengers. I also watched some of Killer Elite with Jason Statham. Drove to Walmart to get some popcorn just for that.

That's a relief. I've seen bits of Thor while my family was watching it in the living room, and I have yet to see the new Incredible Hulk. Then once the Avengers comes out on Netflix, I'll know what's canon. I'm still waiting for another decent DC movie, though. I still haven't seen Dark Knight rises yet, and I've heard some stuff about the Dark Knight Returns. Don't really know where to go from there. All I know is that they need to make a big budget Justice League movie to catch up with Marvel.

I spent 2 days downloading and installing that game onto my PS3 only to play it for a few weeks at most. Don't really know if that's relevant to how bad it is, but it was a waste of memory, nonetheless. Even though I'm not much of an MMO guy, I'd like to see how a Marvel free-to-play would turn out. I got dibs on Green Lantern.

It is nothing more than an origin story which anyone who knows who Thor is doesn't need it. Sure you get to see a lot of other things that get put in other movies but that doesn't make sense for the uncommon villain they pit Thor against and everything else. Possibly the worst of the new Marvel . . . okay no Spiderman 3 still claims that spot easily ([sup]>>[/sup])
I have yet to see the new Incredible Hulk. The Incredible Hulk was the Hulk movie I was waiting for . . . 'The Hulk' honestly attempted to do the movie as if it was an animated comic but that doesn't turn out right. In fact besides being an origin story, which I don't think should ever really be need to be done, the style just looks bad. The Incredible Hulk was 100 times better. I'm still waiting for another decent DC movie, though.
