Since then, popularity of the show and the company increased, and they turned into a legit business. Then one of the members came up with the idea of Achievement Hunter, which is a group of people who play games full time solely to find achievements and show people how to get them. That wasn't their backstory at all and some of it was completely wrong. Gus, Geoff, and Burnie used to work at some other place that wasn't relevant to gaming. By working their those three met. I actually remember reading a post from Burnie about how Burnie and Gus met and became pseudo best friends and it's awesome. Anyway, those guys started something called Drunk Gamers which was them getting drunk and playing games and reviewing them. It was mostly an attempt to get free video games. It didn't work. They got bored and made a trailer for Red vs. Blue. At some point Burnie became CEO of that one company the three worked at but he quit for Roosterteeth that was originally going to be called Cock Bite but I'm betting you can guess the problwem and and what they did there. Bored again Burnie looked back at some of the old stuff and found that trailer they had made for Red vs. Blue and posted on the internet years ago and they decided to start doing it again.
