Jake the Sage
Wait who else do you know that has joined the army? Heck, I had totally forgotten DMG had actually made use of himself. Well I know that you're a member of the Army, but my brother is also a member of the Army. Sploda
Well I know that you're a member of the Army, but my brother is also a member of the Army. Okay, I'm gonna stop you right now and tell you your a moron. I'm in the MARINE CORPS. I earned my title of MARINE thank you very much, I'd like you to use it and not confuse me with a SOLDIER. Spirit of DMG
Yes, Jake, do not confuse a Soldier for theMini Army Rangers In Navy Enlisted Status. All joking aside, have you not found it curious that my posts have been extremely late/ extremely early American time for the last nine months? And why do you think I have myself the title General here? Even though technically I joined as Enlisted.
Jake the Sage
Have you not found it curious that my posts have been extremely late/ extremely early American time for the last nine months? You'd be surprised how oblivious I can be when it's a small change. Hell! I don't even really pay attention as to what time you're posting, just that you're posting. And why do you think I have myself the title General here? Even though technically I joined as Enlisted. Like times I don't pay that much attention to names. I'll notice if something is different eventually, but I never question why they changed it to something else or what it might mean. If I attempted to rationalize the meanings behind every name change Koko and Black would've driven me sane and then insane again.

Fusion X. Denver
New LoK was pretty good. I don't really know what to expect or predict, but I think that's a good thing. I'm just gonna sit back and go with whatever happens and hopefully things work out well. Considering they're planning things for a long haul now, I'm betting it'll be much more polished overall. Good that you're coming home DMG, stay safe.

I'm just gonna sit back and go with whatever happens and hopefully things work out well. I've already begun to hear theories like Bolin's new girlfriend, Eska, is in fact a spirit in disguise. Though that can be dismissed since we know that she is related to Korra as a cousin. Considering they're planning things for a long haul now, I'm betting it'll be much more polished overall. That's what I'm thinking too. The first season of Legend of Korra had to be cut down a lot because Nickelodeon wouldn't give them enough run-time. That made the series kind of meh-ish since they couldn't space things out properly. We've already seen what they can do with a properly paced story, sans "Avatar: The Last Airbender". So now that they've managed to have the same length of time hammering out the plot of Season 2 or Legend of Korra I believe it'll be just as good if not better. On a related note: Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations of the world lived in harmony, until the Northern Water Tribe attacked!

I'm just looking forward to better Internet so I can cros a few things off my "to-watch" list. Maybe see the new eps of LoK.

Jake the Sage
By new you mean over 2 years old right? Is it really two years old? Well, I guess that's highly possible since I just started watching it on TV . . . and it does take television longer to procure a series than having it on the internet. OH well, question still stands.
Jake the Sage
Okay so I actually managed to watch a bit of Xioalin Chronicles. Broken you were completely right about the changes. I mean I actually face palmed when I heard Chase do an evil laugh. Why!? Why does he even need an evil laugh? When you first saw Chase in the original he was this glaring, silent villain that you had no clue about but knew he could easily beat all of the monks. He didn't laugh, boast about how powerful he was or what his "master plan" was; the original Chase just silently did what he wanted, smirked on occasion, and only gave an evil laugh when he had actually won. Also, he never used Shen Gong Wu because he claimed, paraphrasing, "they are beneath me". And he didn't actually even need them. But the new Chase Young reminds me more of the old Jack Spicer. So I came to the conclusion with all of the changes and inconsistencies I've seen . . . this isn't a sequel, it's a God d*mn spin-off! An "alternate universe" if you will . . . That is the only way explanation I can think of. It would explain why Dojo is yellow instead of green, with no explanation, why Wuya is in her ghost form when we last saw her in a flesh-and-bone body, why Omi has a younger brother despite in the original claiming to be an only child, and finally why Raimundo isn't the head dragon . . . I'm just going to throw out that I felt that the first season of Korra was better overall then the first season of Airbender. While Airbender had a lot of GOOD episodes in season one, it also had two extremely horrible episodes in The Great Divide and Bato of the Water Tribe. The only really horrible one in Korra was the one that introduced the godawful love triangle. So I feel like Korra certainly has the potential to be better then Airbender. Nothing about Legend of Korra really leaves a bad taste in your mouth like those two episodes did. If anything the first season of Legend of Koraa feels empty just because we know what the producers are capable of.

It's actually quite rare for a sequel to be better when it comes to shows.
Jake the Sage
You mean that they STILL have that series going? Yeah, but to be honest I'm not enjoying seeing the Digimon simply fuse together to make stronger Digimon. I mean . . . what happened to good old fashioned Digivolution? I can agree with all of this. By the way, it's Rainundo. I hear it as Raimundo and it has it as it spelt that way on Wikipedia. But to be honest that is the only way I can explain all of the inconsistencies . . . Mugendramon
Can you think of any? IF you consider it a sequel, I say Power Rangers Zeo is a candidate. Oreimo 2 was also better than its original in my opinion, but you have to be into that kind of thing to appreciate it.

Fusion X. Denver
There's too much sh*t to keep up with nowadays. I might be picking up 15 anime from the fall season. I already have 17 other shows I was watching before then. Then there's the amount of comics I'm following. And the manga. And on top of all that, I just purchased GTA V. I...think I need an intervention.
