YCLoveMaker Hotel: We Love You All to Death~!

Recommended Posts

I saw the first episode. After that, I couldn't deal. Every time I saw a commercial for it, just...ugh.

Okay so I know at least Shadow is with me on this.

I've been waiting for an answer, unless you've been deliberately ignoring which I can kind of understand.

Actually I didn't have the time considering when it was posted. However I have the time now and can fight you if you want.

I watched Twilight once while it played on a channel I stumbled upon. I wanted to see how it really was.

All the negative hype from it is unnecessary, cause it wasn't THAT bad, imo. Although, I was wise to approach it without any high expectations, and from what I saw, it's sub-par with a lot of those types of movies that a younger demographic might enjoy, which quite frankly I would enjoy as well. This sorta revealed the movie to me as a respectively decent movie as far as what's being portrayed, but just like the book, the writing style and execution was lacking.

Plus, fighting with nose hairs? It kind of grossed me out.

It's unique, let's just settle with that.

You see Smear, Jake is too upper class to enjoy the lew brew humour of us COHmmoners. He is built for the more refined thing in life, like Twilight.

I'll admit I only read the book because I wanted to see what all of the hype was. I can agree with everything you said Thar because it was pretty much how I thought it would be: a sub-par story

Gerra, My sense of humor probably differs from yours. That doesn't mean it isn't there.

That's like saying a rock has wings. Not to mention that's kind of a short post.

Twilight is an acquired, or teenage-girl-stereotypical, taste. Anyone can hate on it, not everyone can like it.

The Nostalgia Critic did both, apparently. lol

Yes, but he still considered the entire focal point of Twilight (Bella), as bland and, also, the top Dumbass in Distress.

Yeah and we can all kind of agree on that. In fact some of my friends are die hard Twilight fans and they admit they don't like Bella.

Now, it's September and that means the new season of "Legend of Korra" is coming out as well as the new season of "Xiaolin Showdown"!

Has anyone caught the trailers for either series yet?

Orb of Torpedo? Well, there's some fan dissonance, beyond Clay now being mullet-boy... and Dojo turning into a banana... and Jack getting... well, he's the same, kinda. I'm going to miss that torn part at the base of his coat.

Well that's only clips from the show but you get the general idea. I think Dojo was going through some kind of illness in that episode, I doubt they'd turn him yellow for no reason.

As for the others I think they're pretty accurate for the characters, if they were a little bit older. When I first heard Raimundo I thought he sounded weird until I noticed it was the same voice, just deeper. Jack's voice on the other hand . . . needs to remain the same.
