Remo, ASVAB scores are test based. They are set at a 9th grade level for most subjects.

I walked away with a 94 without even bothering to actually read the whole question for any of the problems. Btw, OCS is a bish because you may be Air Force but your dealing with Marine Corps Drill Instructors running your life for 3 months.

Only difference between what I did and what you did is that you get your own room at the end of the day.

Really? 9th grade?

Wouldn't it be standardized so that a 94 for the Army (for example) isn't the same as a 94 for the Air Force?

Also I was aware about OCS, but I haven't done it yet (I also haven't done the ASVAB either, I just assumed there was a different one for each branch or something)

You see, I'm actually still in Highschool. I'm only 17.

Yeah Remo, ASVAB is cross military and standardized at the 9th grade level.

94 walked up to Air Force they said "You can't do any of the jobs you want too"

94 walked up to Marine Corps they said "Okay, so the only thing you can't be is a Mechanic"

Now I'm at my 2nd school in the military, learning to fix aircraft electronics.

Oh yeah, that -6 was the mechanical section. Yeah thats right everyone Creator sucks at building robots and fixing vehicles, the irony.

Btw, I say second school cuz I finished my first one (which was in florida). It took like 2 months and I walked away with a certificate that is the equivalent of an associates.

Yes 2months = associates degree.

You mad bro?

Well, it IS the military, so no, I'm not mad. In fact, I'm glad I decided not to risk my mental stability by not going.

I'll be getting my Associate's Degree in 2 years thanks to some missed/failed classes.

Speaking of college... my sisters just left for Appalachian State. Won't be seeing them for a month.

Yeah we went to a lot of pannels and one of my favorite ones was where we got to learn different styles of how to make armor and what to make them out of. In fact I'm going to be remaking my Alphonse Armor with the new material and make it fit more to me than the original one.

I bought this mask and also a bunch of Pokemon, the Eeveelutions, Plushies.

And Godzilla . . . quite a lot of Godzilla.

I'd have to say the most fun from Anime Conventions is when you go to one of the meetings, and instead of being annoyed or being given looks for your knowledge people enjoy it and ask you questions. I and a couple of my friends (yes I have those) went to the Final Fantasy meeting at our last convention and I ended it with 5-7 people wanting to discuss FF with me after I blew their FF quiz out of the water (I had to say Wark as my buzz word, it was like a Chocobo ranch in there).

Aside from that meeting people you've wanted to (LittleKuriboh and Egoraptor being my main two at my last convention) and getting to play some fun games like the swordfight they had at my convention. It was the best 3/4 wins for the game and it was hilarious. My friend used the KH Sora fighting stance while I used Riku, Squall, Marth and my own personal stance.

Also a good place to find quality swords. Picked up a nice Roman Gladius before I left. totally worth it.

So I take it you know a lot about FF

You actually got to meet LittleKuriboh? How was it? I got to meet the voice actor for Hinata and upset those who have only been watching the anime by asking what she thought about Negi's death and if she supported Naruto claiming Sakura as his girlfriend instead of Hinata.

We didn't have a sword fight at the convention but since college is back in I think my club will begin to do that again.

Don't have one but I do have a Roman sword that is actually made in Rome. They also had swords at the convention, even a Halo sword,  but nothing that I was willing to pay the price for.

I also have a few pictures which I'll upload when I have the time.

The only anime convention I've ever been to was Quinnicon '13 and that was really small. But it was still a good time and there were some very interesting people there, like Nowacking and 1Kids. They were actually really nice .-.

And this one guy dressed up in a skin-tight Sgt. Frog costume and went around hopping everywhere.

I'd maybe do one LARP war cuz that looks fun, but I couldn't commit to a weekly thing or whatever.

LARP wars are indeed very fun, especially when you make your own weapons and cosplay.

As for weekly events, I can somewhat agree, but at least it gives me something to look forward to on a regular basis instead of just spontaneous events occuring once every 2 months or so, most likely on a day I can't make it.

I found to be very fond of knives... I like knives.

I already have my walls adorned with weaponry . . . even a full tang katana

And fighting is moot if you can swing a pole-arm. Nothing says 'Come at me bro' when your reach is twice the length of theirs.

And it gives cowards the courage to take out larger and more skilled opponents. i prefer Hook Swords, which is why they're always what I use in a role play, because it gives you the ability to both defend and attack

You mean like made in modern day Rome, right

right?

YOU DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE A SWORD FROM THAT ERA, RIGHT?

BECAUSE IF YOU DO

ON THE SMALL OFF-CHANCE YOU DO

I WILL FIND YOU

AND ADMIRE THAT SWORD

In all seriousness Remo, yes it is from Rome but I highly doubt it's actually from that time period. Chiefly because if it was from that time period it would be a historic artifact and thus would've been sold to me illegally.

The oldest sword we have in our collection, my brother and I, is his Civil War Naval Officer Dress Sword.

He's so paranoid about that he doesn't even talk ON THE PHONE, save for a few people.

Yup pretty much. I hate phones, plain and simple.
