Fire itself is terribly supported, those are archetypes which happen to be Fire.

I really don't see how making good FIRE archetypes isn't supporting the competitive ability of FIRE, considering we're all happy about them supporting WATER which is them giving us a WATER archetype.

What amazes me about these is how most of the monsters look like diva.
Well, they're all from the same ocean and are likely the same species. I do wonder though if Gaioabyss and Posiedra are the same guy. That brings up the idea that Mermails can transform. Although it might just be magic Inzektor style armor.

We've pretty much all figured out they're all from Atlantis.

Or Lemuria...

Lemuria has more than a large resemblance to parts of the anime version of Atlantis.

Fire just doesn't need the support at the present moment. When Rekindling finally gets hit (which it should seeing as Lavals are Tier in the OCG), then they'll need something, but until then, they really don't need it.

Wind has nothing, they need at least something. Then maybe, one day, Dark Simorgh will rule the world.

No, but you guys are all still wrong. The next pack will be DARK, then LIGHT, then Chaos. Because Konami is just being a tease.

But Rekindling only really has targets in Flamvell and Laval so it ends up being the same - it barely qualifies as general support. Both archetypes need more effective support, and Earth needs to be tried at again.
This card's name is treated as "Umi". WATER monsters on the field gain 200 ATK And DEF. Once per turn, you can activate this effect during your Main Phase: While this card is on the field, until your End Phase, the Level of WATER monsters you control is increased by the number of WATER monsters you control.
Because this is attribute support, not archetypal support. Were Dragunity to top that wouldn't qualify as Wind support.
Dragunities also aren't the only WIND archetype.

They also don't have WIND in their card text like a whole bunch of these have WATER.

Where does this negate my point? I want general support - these WATER cards offer mostly general support. Something like Evol and Laval does not.
