One hot babe, a freshman named Medaka, was elected Student Council President by a landslide of 98% of the votes. As such, she and her childhood friend Hideyoshi set off to make the school, ney, the world a better place, one problem at a time. Hence, the Medaka Box, where you can put your complaint in and she'll solve it to the best of her ability. Joining her is the prince of the Judo Team and Kikaijima, the treasurer as of episode 6. First part had a funny scene to it: Hitoyoshi say Kikaijima half naked and wants him to pay for it. And when he insults her she hits him like a little girl until he pays her to stop.
