No CAPTCHA when making a new account

Put simply, there is no CAPTCHA if you're making a new account. Right next to where it says something about a security code (CAPTCHA) is a blank space with nothing in it, so you can't continue with registration. Not sure if it's an isolated incident or if everyone is affected by this. I only became aware of this because I wanted to make a new account, not remembering my old one (this one).

CAPTCHA is a security check to try to make sure only a person is signing up (in this case), instead of it being done by the computer (without human input)

I can confirm that is the problem, and I'll add it to the to do list.
