The first person to knock out their foe’s Monsunos wins! Set-up Each player will need 3 different Monsunos with a total “Launch” of no more than 15. In addition, each player will need a deck of at least 40 Strike cards. This deck may contain up to 3 copies of any card, but only 1 copy of cards with the “Unique” keyword. Players can use tokens or coins to mark damage. Both players shuffle their decks (keeping their Monsuno cards set aside) and set-up the play area like in the diagram. To start the game, both players draw 5 cards from the top of their decks to make their starting hands. Then, randomly decide who will take the first turn. That’s it, you’re ready to battle!!! Players alternate taking turns until one player wins! Or you can download the rules below.
Monsuno (モンスーノ monsūno?)[3], also known as Monsuno: World Master, is an American-Japanese action/adventure TV animated series that premiered in the United States on February 23, 2012 on Nickelodeon's sister channel, Nicktoons[4][5] (and will air on TV Tokyo in Japan sometime in the future)[2], with global launches staggered by country sometime in-between Summer 2012 and Spring 2013 through Nickelodeon.[6] The series is created by Jeremy Padawer and Jared Wolfson. It is distributed by FremantleMedia and is produced by Dentsu Entertainment USA, FremantleMedia, Jakks Pacific, and The Topps Company.[4]
The series revolves around "re-awakened Monster DNA called Monsuno" that finds its way into the unsuspecting hands of adventure-seeking teenagers Chase, Jinja, and Bren. Accompanied by their Monsuno, Lock, Charger, and Quickforce, they are searching for Chase's father Jeredy Suno, the creator of the Monsuno.[7] They are soon joined by Beyal, a monk from the Himalayas along with his Monsuno Glowblade. Beyal often speaks of five people that with the help of their Monsuno, could change the world. It just so happens that they are that five, along with Dax, a teenager who along with his Monsuno Airswitch, opposes the team and is disliked among most people. The team has yet to befriend him and persuade him to join their cause. They are also on the run from an agency called "S.T.O.R.M." (Strategic Tactical Operatives for Recovery of Monsuno) who's plans are still in question The characters are accompanied by Monsunos (giant high-tech and/or armored hybrid monsters of one or more animal species), which are contained in cylinder regeneration chamber capsules known as "cores". Resident Fascist
Story sounds cliche as f***, but I'll have to get it a legitimate try before saying it's good or bad. From what little I see of the art, they look very nice.

HaouJudai
Just wanted to mention that the company that markets the TCG - TOPPS - sends out a kit with promotional items to official leagues for free - they also replace the kit's inventory regularly at the store's request. Legend Zero
The game-play reminds me of War. I can't help but feel the players would run out of cards in their decks with the recovering.
