Local Music!

Hello, one and all! I'm back! Few of you probably remember me, and even fewer of you that I knew are still here. I was super-duper bored and I decided to check out how the forum that sapped three years of my life was doing. I've grown to love music in my time off of YGM. Especially local music. I started to play drums in a local punk band and now that I've seen the "local music scene" I can tell you that there are A LOT of bands that deserve to be MUCH bigger than they are currently. I made this thread to attempt to spread the word of new bands that you might like, but most people probably haven't heard of.

I'll start with four bands:

The Yellow Team: A pop-punk band from Northern Mass area.

Set it Off: Orchestral Rock from Tampa, Florida.

Patent Pending: Pop-punk band from Long Island, New York.

Divided by Friday: Pop Punk band from Laurinburg, North Carolina

theres a pretty big scene in my area, tons and tons of bands play around here (most of them suck) but its hard to get a good crowd because detroit is across the river and they bring in all the big bands. I play drums in a metal band and we play all over southern ontario, were trying to make our way into the quebec/montreal scene but its difficult since its a 12 hour drive to get there. when i get home ill post some videos of my favorite local bands.
