[/quote] Not really, since your opponent only needs to summon something with 1700ATK or more if they don't have one already. Very slow and easy to play around really. If you allowed your opponent to get 10 spell counters on this you'd deserve to lose. Link to comment

[/quote] I didn't want to make it too big, just wanted something that punished an opponent for summoning a large quantity monsters in one turn. Link to comment
