Alright, so we know about Super Smash Bros is making it's next release for the 3DS, as well as the Wii U.
So, let's Wiki Attack:
The currently untitled fourth installment of the Super Smash Bros. series is an upcoming game that was first announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011. It will be developed for both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS consoles, and it has been confirmed that the titles will have some form of connectivity across platforms.

According to the game's lead developer, Masahiro Sakurai, development on the game had not begun at the time of its announcement, and would not begin until the completion of Sakurai's other project, Kid Icarus: Uprising.

For the 3DS version, Sakurai wants it to be more of an "individual" and "customizable" experience where, hypothetically, the player could take a customized player and upload it to the Wii U version.

Sakurai commented on the possibility of including Capcom characters in this iteration of the series, saying that "[he] can't say that it's entirely out of the realm of possibility that some Capcom character could appear in the next Smash Bros. The big problem, though, comes from the idea of trying to get characters from a completely different universe to fit with the style that has been dictated by Nintendo's characters in a fighting game." The balance of the character's power was previously only measured by Sakurai, but he will involve his staff more in this game to make sure the characters are competitively balanced.

In September 2011, a photo of a supposed leaked document suggested a possible title as Super Smash Bros. Universe. However, Sakurai commented that he was still working on Kid Icarus: Uprising, and that work on the new Super Smash Bros. game had not started and would not until after the former was complete.

On February 21, 2012, Sakurai commented that, in his investigations on brainstorming for the future title, he had been looking over the information on the Smash Bros. Dojo (the official Smash Bros. website) and reflecting on the past game's development.
In summary:
1 - Possibly title = Super Smash Bros Universe.
2 - Now that Uprising is finished, it could be on it's way.
3 - 3DS is more customizable (maybe modifiable characters, or even character creation?)
4 - Possibly more Capcom (Hello Ryu, hello Dante, etc)
5 - They've looked at past game info, and'll be working based on it.

Okay, now that that's done with, let's get onto the wishing!
I'll be collecting, upon this Topic, everyone's wishes based on SSB(U?), votes for existing items, and it's future contents, so be sure to reflect upon the topic before posting nonsense
Neutral Attack - Waluigi throws a wimpy punch in front of him, which can be repeated quickly.
Dash Attack - Waluigi jumps forward through the air, feet first, hitting anyone in the way.
Side Tilt - Waluigi reaches out and smacks in front of him.
Down Tilt - Waluigi does a spinning sweep in front of him.
Up Tilt - Waluigi does an upwards sweeping kick in front of him.

Side Smash - Waluigi slams his foot down in front of him, stomping groundborne enemies into the ground on a full charge, like Donkey Kong's Headbutt and the Pitfall Seed.
Down Smash - Waluigi does a little hop and kicks out on both sides of him simultaneously.
Up Smash - Waluigi kicks upward, like Ganondorf's up smash.

Neutral Air - Waluigi swings one leg forward and the other leg back, making a pose like a leaping ballerina.
Forward Air - Waluigi thrusts both feet in front of him, the opposite of his back air.
Back Air - Waluigi thrusts both feet behind him, like Snake's back air.
Down Air - Waluigi thrusts both feet downwards for a meteor smash.
Up Air - Waluigi headbutts above him.

Neutral Special [Bomb] - Waluigi pulls a bomb from somewhere which can then be thrown, similar to Link's Bomb. There is a 1/58 chance of him pulling out a Bob-Omb.
Side Special [Raqueteer] - Waluigi swings a tennis racket in front of him, dealing damage and horizontal knockback but also allowing him to reflect projectiles.
Down Special [Wall-Luigi] - Waluigi summons tall purple thorns from the ground on both sides of him which can cause enemies to trip on the ground and deals slight vertical knockback on airborne enemies.
Up Special [Swimming Return] - Waluigi swims comically through the air under the player's control for 2 seconds, allowing for recovery similar to Pit's Wings of Icarus.

Final Smash [Super Whirluigi] - Waluigi contorts himself into the shape of his symbol (upside down L), then spins around forming a large tornado (mostly vertical) around him which sucks in and hits enemies mulitple times (like Zero Suit Samus's Power Suit Samus). It also throws out dice blocks, kart wheels, and various sports equipment to hit far away enemies for a little damage and knockback.

Up Taunt - Waluigi throws both hands in the air and yells, "Waluigi, numbah one!" laughing afterwards.
Down Taunt - Waluigi does a crotch chop three times then fist pumps while yelling "Waluigi, yeah, yeah, yeah!"
Side Taunt - Waluigi hunches over to one side while twisting a side of his mustache, snickering.

He'd me a middleweight character with very high jumps, slightly slower than average speed, and average fall speed. Most of his attacks have far reach and good knockback, with a little less than average power.

Neutral Attack - BK quickly swings his sword once in front of him, with a slight delay between swings when used multiple times.
Dash Attack - BK swings his sword downward in front of him, releasing a sonic wave forward that travels a short distance and pierces through enemies.
Side Tilt - BK swings his sword in front of him like Ike's side tilt, releasing a sonic wave foward that travels a short distance and pierces through enemies.
Down Tilt - BK swings his sword in front of him across the ground like Ike's down tilt, possibly tripping enemies.
Up Tilt - BK quickly swings his sword in an arc above his head.

Side Smash - BK steps forward taking a large swing, then spinning around taking another step to swing again.
Down Smash - BK slams his sword down at his feet with a shockwave around him, like DK's Hand Slap.
Up Smash - BK spins his sword above him like a helicopter blade, releasing sonic waves that travel a short distance upward covering a ~60 degree angle above.

Neutral Air - BK spins around swining his sword horizontally in a circle.
Forward Air - BK quickly stabs in front of him with his sword.
Back Air - BK swings his sword behind him covering a horizontal arc.
Down Air - BK swings his sword downward for a meteor smash, similar to Ike's down air.
Up Air - BK stabs above him, like Marth's up smash just weaker.

Neutral Special [Nihil] - BK sends a flash of light a short distance in front of him, which breaks shields and removes any charges (Wario Waft, Charge Beam, Aura Sphere, Giant Punch, etc.) from his opponent, dealing miniscule damage and no knockback.
Side Special [Sonic Wave] - BK quickly launches a sonic wave from his sword that does not dissapate after a short distance that pierces through enemies.
Down Special [Great Shield] - BK braces himself for a short period of time similar to Ike and Marth's Counter, negating any damage and knockback, as well as knocking enemies back a short distance without dealing any damage.
Up Special [Warp Powder] - BK teleports a certain distance, like Zelda's Farore's Wind.

Final Smash [Eclipse] - BK swings his sword in front of him like Ike's Great Aether's activation. If he hits any enemies he enters a cinematic scene like in the video where he slashes them multiple times, dealing 40% damage. Like in-universe, this is a OHKO move and deals immense knockback that will usually KO any opponent, like the Dragoon or Captain Falcon's Blue Falcon.

Up Taunt - The ground around BK glows like the Warp Powder circle, as well as Ike and Marth's entrances.
Down Taunt - BK grabs his flowing cape and makes this pose.
Side Taunt - BK spins his sword in one hand in a nice flourish.

He'd be a super heavyweight on par with guys like Donkey Kong and Bowser. His speed would be slightly slow, equivalent to Link's, with his jumps equivalent to Ganondorf's. His attacks tend to be fast but somewhat powerful, though his finishers are slower. Barring his sonic waves they have limited range.
Captain Falcon could really use more priority on his attacks, that was one of the big nerfs he recieved from Melee to Brawl.

And in your template you left Waluigi's Up Taunt description.

When you say "load-outs", you may mean this, but I think costume changes instead of (or in addition to) color changes would be cool. Wario has it between his classic and Wario Ware costumes in Brawl, and Peach has it as Daisy in Melee. Such ideas could include:
- Mario in sunglasses and a Hawaiian shirt from Sunshine.
- Link's Zora Tunic and Magic Armor from Twilight Princess (unless he were styled as Skyward Sword Link in the next one)
- Ike as his Lord, Hero, and Vanguard classes
- Fox/Falco/Wolf's different outfits from different games
- Black Knight as Zelgius (if he were in it)
(Note: Lloyd's Neutral and Strong Attacks can chain with his Specials, which can be chained off of more stronger specials)

Neutral Attack - Does a forward stab with his Vorpal Blade. Pressing the Neutral Attack again does another vertical slash with his Flamberg. Finally, pressing the Neutral Attack a final time causes Lloyd to do a spin slash with his Material Blades.
Dash Attack - Swings both blades horizontally from opposite directions.
Strong Up - Swings his Flamberg with an overhead arc slash above himself.
Strong Down - Does a stab with the Vorpal Blade on the ground.
Strong Side - Uses the Flamberg to horizontally slash his opponent.

Up Smash - While charging, holds both blades on opposite sides, then does a large arc smash with two blades. The concentrated damage is between the cutting action of his blades.
Down Smash - While charging, holds both blades on his sides, then does a frontal ground sweep with his Vorpal Blade and a back ground sweep with his Flamberg.
Side Smash - While charging, holds both blades behind his back, then swings each sword at a different timing at a diagnol direction. The Vorpal Blade is swung first, which stuns Lloyd's opponent. Then, the Flamberg is swung, which deals the knockback damage.

The grabbing animation is when Lloyd sheathes his Vorpal Blade and grabs his opponent.

Front throw - Lloyd does a powerful vertical slash with the Flamberg.
Back throw - Lloyd throws his opponent back and quickly grabs his Vorpal Blade from his sheathe and stabs the opponent's back.
Up throw - Lloyd throws his opponent into the air and uses the Flamberg to do an arc slash with the opponent in range.
Down throw - Lloyd throws his opponent downward, the opponent rebounds above him, then Lloyd grabs his Vorpal Blade and stabs the opponent upward.

Neutral Air - Swings both swords horizontally while spinning.
Up Air - Does a vertical slash with his Flamberg.
Front Air - Stabs with his Vorpal Blade
Back Air - Does a quick turn and slashes in the new direction with his Flamberg.
Down Air - Does a downward stab with his Vorpal Blade. When this move hits something with a hitbox on it, does a downward arc slash with the Flamberg.

(Note: You will not charge a special is you just tap the button combinations here. They will charge if you hold them for at least a second. Also, his specials have Lloyd saying the name of the attack he is doing).

Neutral Special (Demon Fang) - Does a Level 1 Chain attack that creates a shockwave with a frontal slash that goes along the ground, similar to Pikachu's Thundershock. Can be charged up to increase to Level 2 (Fierce Demon Fang, which becomes a close range attack, but the shockwave is orange and it deals significantly higher damage) and Level 3 (Demonic Circle, the combination of Demon Fang and Fierce Demon Fang).

Up Special (Tempest) - Does a Level 1 Chain attack where Lloyd jumps into the air and covers a high arc that not only cuts up his opponents and such, but allows him to recover as well. Can be charged up to increase to Level 2 (Psi Tempest, where Lloyd gains even more high in addition to the long distance he covers).

Side Special (Sword Rain) - Does a Level 1 Chain attack in where Lloyd repeatedly stabs the opponent with his blades and finishes off with a slightly stronger stab from his Vorpal Blade. Can be charged up to increase to Level 2 (Sonic Sword Rain, where Lloyd stabs the opponent with his blades and finishes off with Sonic Thrust, which has a very good horizontal knockback) and Level 3 (Raining Tiger Blade, where Lloyd stabs the opponent many more times and finishes off with a Flamberg slash going into the air and a Vorpal Blade slash going downward. In the Tiger Blade action, the opponent is taken in by the slashing).

Down Special (Beast) - Does a Level 2 Chain attack where Lloyd does a slashing spin followed by a powerful slash with both blades, which summons a close range shockwave of a beast's head in the frontal direction. The shockwave has high knockback range. Can be charged up to increase to Level 3 (Hunting Beast, where Lloyd does the slashing spin, then jumps up into the air slightly and lands doing beast, which creates a large shockwave around Lloyd that does high knockback to those in its range. Does even more damage to those who are closer.

Final Smash (Falcon's Crest) - Level 3 Chain attack. Lloyd shouts "I'll show you, Divine Justice!" and combines both of his blades to form the Eternal Blade. While he is doing this, anyone around him in a certain range gets pulled in and takes damage (Max 40%) due to the energy used to fuse the blades (those pulled in cannot leave until the Final Smash is done). Then, he leaps into the air, ready to do a huge slash. An image of him appears in the background, like what happens when a character performs a mystic arte in the Tales series. Then he shouts "Falcon's Crest!" and does a large and magical smash, which does 50% and has a very high knockback rate.

Up Taunt - Lloyd holds out his sword in the direction he is facing and says "Don't like that, huh?"
Side Taunt - Lloyd does two diagnol slashes while looking at the players direction and says "Is that all you got?"
Down Taunt - Lloyd puts both blades up high together, forming an "X" shape with them. Then, a purple light appears.

I'm actually pretty sure Ike is gonna be removed. He'll probably be replaced with another Lord from Fire Emblem. I really wouldn't mind seeing one of the GBA Fire Emblem Lords, (Lyn, Eliwood, Hector, Eirika, or Ephraim). In particular Ephraim or Lyn since Hector would probably be a reskinned Ike and the Rapier users might be too Marth-like. As For Lloyd, he is the third party character with the highest chance of being in SSB.
When summoned, Groose makes a pose of smoothing his pompadour, then whistles loudly, calling a large flock of Loftwings that attack from all sides for a short period of time. This acts similar to the Beedrill from SSB and Unown from SSBM, just from every angle.
I'd love love to have Lloyd there, but I have seriou doubts that he'll even ne considered since he was already in Soul Caliber: Legends. Also, I don't know if Snake is Capcom. In fact, he's more Sony than he is Capcom.

But since Snake's there, why not Big Boss? Hell why not throw in some of Kojima's other characters, like Lucian from Lunar Knights?

If Crash is gonna be there, he should have another friend from Naughty dog too. Like Nathan Drake from Uncharted. But in the end he'd be a reskin of Snake I guess.

Onto Nintendo characters! For Fire Emblem, leave as is, with the addition of Sothe or Maciah from Radiant Dawn. They'd be the most unique in my opinion. Then there's the problem of Animal Crossing having a stage but no representative, so might I suggest Tom Nook with an arsenal of different shop items?

More to come, and I'll add attack sheets with these later.

EDIT: Some Sin and Punishment and Last Story characters would also be cool too, but I don't know if Last Story's out yet. Also an addition of Eggman and Tails would be interesting as well.
