Trying to give Heal a purpose

I don't see any real usefulness in Heal decks. Currently, anything meant to win all goes back to Anti-Heal and some burn heal. Well I wanted to give Healing yourself to where your life points are a certain number to unleash the devastating effect's of your monsters. The first one is obviously intended to burn but the other ones I create will have more varying effects for diversity.

Name: Lost Burn Spirit Aggro

Level: *
Type: Spirit/Tuner/ Fiend
Attribute: DARK
ATK: 1450
DEF: 0
Effect:
This card returns to the owners hand during the turn it is Summoned or flipped face-up. While the difference between your Life Points and your opponents Life Points is 4000 or more: You can discard this card; Inflict 2000 points of Direct Damage to a player. This effect can be used during either player's turn.

NOTE: This was made to be abusive, because a Heal deck that is not Anti-Heal isn't even close to top tier.

This is far from abusive to be quite honest with you. A 10 000 Life Point difference between you and your opponent is highly unlikely (sure 3 Upstart Goblins can help, but that's still 7000 more to go). Even when you do end up dropping the 3000, they would still have 7000 bonus Life Points left from who knows where. You really, really need to reduce the difference and then the damage that this card can deal, because as of now it's really unplayable.

Also, Chain Burn is still used here and there (imo more then Anti-Heal), just saying.

Doesn't tell that your LP must be higher than your opponent. Your op can have 12000 LP and you can have 2000 LP and still this card's activation requirements are still met. (Though I don't know why you have to increase your opponent's Life Points using cards like "Gift Card" just to activate this effect) If you want Heal decks to be of use aside from Burn, make a card like "Last Turn" or "Exodia" that forces a win condition given that you have high enough Life Points like this:

<insert generic card name>
<Spell or Trap>
"Activate if your Life Points is x or more, you win the Duel"

* Though it is not necessarily good for the game to do so.

O.O oh my. . .and here I thought I was being clever :(

Anyhow I guess I'll decrease the amount of difference between LP and decrease the amount of damage this card can burn.

Yup, that sounds about right, I did that part of the effect on purpose. The "Lats Turn" method is something I already though of. Look people this is just one card, I plan on making an archetype based around the idea
