Pokemon, the Olene Island Challenge! [PG16 -IC - Started/Always Accepting via OOC]

Aaron chuckled, having not been notified about Al's new Vulpix. [i]Good choice not using her, though. She never would've survived two water types.[/i] Aaron thought, acknowledging Al's logic. He sighed and focussed on the battle at hand, watching as the Buneary hopped its way out into the battle field.
Toto smirked as the Buneary nervously made its way out into battle, already brimming with confidence at fighting this timid creature. That was until his was blasted backwards by a giant star of energy. "Impressive." Aaron muttered, as Toto rose from the crater left in a tree behind Aaron. Shaking his head, the blue Crocodile jumped down from the hole, looking at the rabbit enemy with a much more serious expression.
"Water gun, then use Metal Claw." Aaron ordered, before sighing and leaning against a nearby tree.
Totodile nodded and obeyed, firing a powerful water gun straight at the buneary, then ran in a circle, keeping up the water gun until he had flanked Buneary, then jumped at the Rabbit, his Metal Claw attempting to hit from skywards.

Edward spent about a half an hour trying to get to sleep in the Pokemon Center, [i]trying[/i] being the operative word. He simply couldn't sleep, even after falling about thirty feet, fifteen of which had been through a tree, and to further complicate matters Ralts couldn't sleep either. With a groan, Edward got to his feet, leaving his clothes behind but bringing his sword and the sash upon which his Poke Balls hung, and made his way towards the entrance to the center without a word. He made sure to leave when there wasn't a Nurse Joy out to drag him back inside and force him to lay down. Ralts was walking along the ground to spare her master the pain of carrying her with a broken arm, the arm in question being held in a cast and sling close to his body.

"Heard some commotion in the forest while we were flying in," Edward said aloud to no one in particular before turning his gaze down to his diminutive companion, "might as well go see what there is to be seen." He chuckled quietly and continued walking in the direction of the trees, regretting that none of his Pokemon knew flash just as his eyes began to become accustomed to the growing darkness beneath the boughs. He didn't feel very comfortable in the trees, and as such all his senses were on high alert as he made his way through. It probably didn't help anything that the white bandages over his chest practically shone when any amount of light fell upon them, making it apparent to him that there were things he could not see that could see him. "Let me know if you see anything, okay kiddo?" Ralts simply nodded an affirmative.

Archer looked down. A man was trekking through the forest unaccompanied, except for a small Raltz. "Lets go greet him." Archer jumped down from the trees, landing in front of him. "Hey, I think I saw you around before. I don't know if you should be walking around at night sustaining that apparent injury." Archer motioned to the man's cast. "Say, you feel like a battle? Just kinda bored right now. You in?" Absol jumped down and landed next to Archer, and Trapinch still rested on his head. Victini, though, stayed hidden in the trees.

[b]I'm going to head off into Olene for some personal business. As you may know, Team Rocket has finally surfaced in Olene, giving Genesis a run for our money. I have arranged a meeting with the leader of Team Rocket and plan to rid the island of them. Then I'll return to finding the legends.[/b]

K placed her Pokephone back in her long, black, hooded robe. She was now wearing black sunglasses similar to her pink ones. Raichu also had black sunglasses. "It's almost two in the morning. We agreed for midnight! " K yelled. Just then another figure in a black robe walked up to her. "Kotomi?" the person asked. K nodded. "It's nice to see you again." he said. K nodded. "Are you alone?" she asked. The man nodded. "Follow me." K turned and walked into a small building. Raichu and the man followed. Once inside, K removed her sunglasses and hood. Raichu changed back into his pink sunglasses and the man removed his hood. "So, Kotomi-" "Shut up." K muttered. "The last thing I want to do is start a conversation with the man who killed my Furret." The man laughed. He was, indeed, Giovanni. "It was a damned Furret!" he yelled. "Just stop talking about it!" K yelled. "Why did you bring Rocket here?" Giovanni crossed his arms. "There's legendary Pokemon here, Kotomi. Where legends are, I follow." he said. "Leave." K muttered. "Leave Olene now. Team Genesis is the big boss of this island, and they'll rip your team apart." she continued. "And how does poor little Kotomi know so much about this Genesis? You've mentioned them in every message you've sent to me since you came here." K looked at Giovanni. "Because I just do." Giovanni grabbed her shoulders, but K backed up. "I'm not stupid, Kotomi! You're one of them aren't you?" A single tear formed in K's eye. "Yes. I am the fourth in command." Giovanni smiled. "My little girl is followin-!" "SHUT UP!" K yelled. "You don't know my plan! You don't know anything!" K pointed at Giovanni. "You need to leave this island or I will kill you. Raichu use Body Slam!" Raichu smiled and jumped at Giovanni, smashing into him. Giovanni stood up and back out of the small building. "Not if I kill you first." he muttered as he ran away.

Edward first heard the sound of a tree branch creaking under a substantial amount of weight, and immediately drew his black sword just as Archer dropped down in front of him. He noticed the Trainer, and quickly heard his intentions for a battle. The knowledge that this was not an attack from some sort of assassin or other helped him out a great deal, and he returned the blade to it's scabbard upon his back.

"Certainly I'd enjoy a good battle." He chuckled quietly as Ralts, having since taken cover behind his leg, poked out to look at the other man. "Now, if we're going to have a battle hows about you take the first pick of Pokemon?'

Hex yawned as the ship pulled up to Legenew Port. He looked upon the seemingly quiet and serene island of Olene. Soon, Team Genesis would rock the island and turn it upside down. "Alright boys, c'mon out!" Two pokeballs flew through the air and landed next to him. Out of one came a Seedot, the other a Tyrogue. Both looked at him with eager eyes. Hex smiled at his two trusted companions. "You ready to bust some heads?" he asked, already knowing the answer. The pokemon shrieked with enthusiasm. "Okay then, let's go! Once we hit the port, we're supposed to get a call from one of the higher-ups. Let's move!" Hex started toward the port, and his pokemon trailed right behind him.

[i]"Crap" There's no way that can be dodged." [/i]Allegretto thought to himself. "Buneary Ice Beam at Totodile, and try stand your ground when the water gun hits." Buneary listen as a sphere started to form in front of her mouth. A beam of ice shot out from the sphere heading straight for Totodile. even if it didn't hit, it would at least put a stop to its attack. All was going according to plan, that is until the water gun hit Buneary. It was too quick for her block it, much less get her footing. Buneary was knocked back rolling across the ground. "Quickly Buneary, Dizzy Punch." Buneary's hopped up and her ears began to glow, she then began to run toward Totodile ready to give a barrage of punches.

Totodile was taken completely by surprise at the almost Kamikaze move, which was probably why it was so effective. In his cockiness, he had left no room for him to manouver and dodge, which effectively lead to the Ice beam hitting him square in the chest, sending the Totodile flying a good 10 feet backwards, slamming him into the trunk of yet another tree (At which point Aaron cringed, almost hearing the pain from the impact). And, as an extra bonus, Totodile was now frozen against the tree, unable to move anything but his head.
Incredibly vulnerable to attack, and unable to even move his head in order to counter Buneary's move, Totodile was hit, yet again, square in the chest, the force of the punch sending him smashing through the tree and onto the ground behind, where he lay for a few moments, struggling to remain concious.

Aaron, although slightly unnerved by the pain inflicted on Toto, was altogether impressed by Al and Buneary's attacks and movements, the co-ordinator enduced gracefulness blending perfectly with the ferocity of a battler, to create an incredible and unique fighting style. He grinned for a moment, ready to accept a gracious defeat as he watched Totodile struggling to get to his feet - and had even retrieved Toto's pokéball from his belt - when something surprised him. Totodile had started to glow.

It was over, all finished. He had lost, and was now hating himself for it. Toto could not think of anyway out of this. He couldn't move, let alone battle. His spirit would not waver, but his body refused to move. How he cursed himself, and internally beat himself up. If he had spoke human, his use of words would've been shocking to almost anyone.
However, he suddenly felt a change. A building up of heat in his gut had started, and it threatened to burn his innards. And yet, he welcomed it. Strength was flowing through him, and he could feel power emanating from his body. When he opened his eyes, he could barely see the surrounding forest because of the bright white glow radiating from his body. He stood up confidently as his form started to change, and welcomed this as he thought; [i]This must be evolution[/i].

Aaron grinned as, after a few short moments, Totodile was there no more.

And now he must be a Croconaw. Yes, definitely. He had evolved. As the glow faded, and he looked down at his body, he noticed that his stomach was much larger, with a newer pattern. He could see that he was further from the ground, and his claws were much larger and sharper. He could feel his jaw, much more powerful, and grinned to himself.
He roared for a moment, a loud and powerful roar, before swiping at the tree in front of him, that he had flown through, smashing the point of impact into pieces and altogether felling the tree. He heard Aaron shout "Ice Punch," and was immediately speeding towards Buneary, his claw balled into a fist encased in frozen energy.

[b]Hello there, sweetie! I am K, the fourth in command of Team Genesis! Thank you for joining us! Team Genesis is set on capturing all kinds of Pokemon for further research. I, K, will be your head admin. We have several other admins, V, W, S, and our leader X. You must obey me at all times, for my Raichu is not scared to kill a human. So you best, be on your best behavior! Once you reach the island, please make your way to Domia City, this is where the Genesis Base is. You'll find a large black building built into the side of a mountian. The password is "Bonsley". Once there you'll meet a nice lady who runs the front office. She'll give you directions to the K Wing, where my grunts sleep, eat, live, and wait for orders. There is also a gym to train your Pokemon. Once there, wait. I will find you and give you further instructions in person.[/b]

"Nice hit Buneary." Allegretto praised. "We can win this for sure." Allegretto's smiled grew wider as soon as he saw Totodile struggle to get up. But that smile quickly disappeared. Totodile began to glow, which only meant one thing. It was evolving, which meant bad new for Buneary. As quickly as Totodile began to evolve the newly formed Croconaw was on the offensive. The Ice Punch was such a suprising attack that Allegretto was too surprised to say a command. Buneary was also shocked at how quickly everything happened. Now Croconaw was in front of Buneary, giving a devistating Ice Punch. It wasn't only strong, but it was a critical hit as well. Buneary was knocked back breaking through a tree and making a hole in another. With this destruction sand was kicked into the air making visibilty zero. "No! Buneary" Allegretto yelled. As soon as the dust settled, Buneary stood in front of the tree, with its body and hands incased in ice. "Yes!" Alegretto yelled, seeing that Buneary could still fight. "You the girl Buneary" Allegretto cheered. Even vulpix started to cheer it on.

Buneary took a few steps, even with half her body in ice. "Okay Buneary Scatter Swift this time." Buneary opened its mouth and shot out a barrage of stars. This time instead of fusing together, they turned into smaller stars when they hit. This created a weaker, but much wider range swift.

Hex read the message from his commanding officer, who was apparently codenamed "K".He checked up on a map of Olene Island. He was at Legenew Port, and Domia City was...on the other side of the island. Hex sighed. This was gonna be one heck of a walk. He looked to his team. "Alright, looks like we've got a bit of a hike ahead of us. Best if we got moving now. We can hit Desec Town, then go to the Trigi Shrine. From there, we'll go Argen City, Sunflower Day Care, and we'll be at Domia. Let's go!" The pokemon cheered, and they began to walk.

Croconaw grinned with glee as his fist made contact with Buneary, satisfied by the surge of power that transferred itself into himself after the evolution, ultimately fueling insane and powerful new attacks. The critical hit made it not only more damaging to Buneary, but much more exhilarating for Croconaw. The burst of energy gave him a buzz that made him want more power, and increased his excitement. He roared and could hear nothing now, over proud of his new power. He punched the ground with his fist and looked around, searching for the Buneary, which he had lost sight of.
This confidence ended with his downfall, for the Swift hit him quite well, with most of the stars managing to hit him effectively. The surprise, combined with the effectiveness of the attack, managed to damage Croconaw quite a bit, sending him catapulting backwards. This angered him though, managing to distract him more, his vision going red and his attention becoming low.

Aaron sighed as he lost control of the Croconaw. He was no longer part of the battle, and just had to wait for Croconaw to be taught a lesson, left to watch the Buneary be brutally over powered as the Croconaw rushed towards it, its mouth oopening for a Crunch.

With the swift hitting both Buneary and Allegretto thought that they could actually wint his, what they forgot was that Buneary's arms and body were still frozen. It seemed that Croconaw was taunting BUneary do to its newly found power. For a while it even looked like Aaron lost control. That is until the swift hit it. Now Croconaw was coming in close again, but this time for a crunch. "Hurry Buneary use Bounce to get out of the way." Buneary tried to leaped into the air, but the ice was too much. It only jumped straight into Croconaw mouth. The crunch succesfully hit, breaking the ice. This might have been a good thing, that is if Buneary would be able to keep going. Croconaw threw Buneary to the ground, who now layed still on the ground.

"Alright, were done." Allegretto told Aaron. "Buneary can't keep going. Even if it could, I wouldn't let it keep going. This was a lost battle as soon as your pokemon evolved." Allegretto walked over to Buneary and picked her up, cradling her. "You did more than what was expected." Allegretto told Buneary in a soft voice. "I really thought the ice punch did you in." he laughed. "Well Aaron, now I know your as good as your reputation says you are. Sorry if I wasn't enough of a challenge, but I was a coordinator before I was a trainer. Anyways we should go to the pokemon center, both are pokemon need some healing." Buneary looked up at Allegretto and smiled. "Bun Bun"

"Oh that's right." Allegretto said looking at his Vulpix. "You want to go back in your pokeball?" Vulpix shook its head, not wanting to go in. "Alright, you'll walk with us then."

Croconaw grinned, laughing and shouting its victory to the world. It was obviously pleased with the victory, and thought itself powerful, its massive maw opening and closing with vicious ferocity as it watched the opponent return the buneary. It was about to shout, as if making some rude and obnoxious remark, when a powerful mud shot smacked him in the back of the head, throwing him face down onto the floor.

"Good work sport." Aaron stated, first laughing, then approaching Crocka with a stern expression, though anger was not present in his face. He looked down on the Croconaw, the expression instilling a warm fear within the beast. Aaron said no words, but rather shook his head in mild disappointment, closed his eyes and sighed, before turning away, followed by a rather cheerful Wooper as he headed towards the Pokécentre, not checking if the Croconaw or Al were following.

"Heh! My choice, eh? Will do!" He thought a bit about who he should use. "Well," he started, "Seeing as Pit hasn't had much experience, I'll use him first!" Trapinch cheered and jumped down from Archer's head, dancing around a bit. "Pinch! Pinch!" He chanted. Archer smiled. He didn't know his new pokemon very well. It was about time he saw what he was capable off. "Go ahead and pick your first Pokemon, too. I guess you'll have the first attack as well. I'm Archer, by the way. I don't believe I caught your name."

"Eureka!" W's cheer could be heard throughout most of the West Wing. "Yes! YES!" He began to laugh maniacally. In front of him was no ordinary Eevee. He had succeeded. This Eevee had been successfully mutated. It appeared to be more of a Deoxys in the shape of an Eevee than a regular Eevee. It was fully awake, eyes wide, and it was twitching uncontrollably. Minor defect. But this Eevee could change into its different evolutions and Deoxys's forms at will! "Of course! I did need those evolution stones! I did!" The Eevee looked up at him confused. "I must name you," W said. "I name you...Eevoxys! A fitting name!" Eevoxys tilted its head to the side and looked around the room, taking in W's other experiments and the failed trails before him to created an Eevoxys. "Eevee?" it muttered. W frowned. "Maybe I missed the diabolical gene. Well then, I'll just have to do this." He took a syringe from his pocket filled with Dark-Type DNA and jabbed it into Eevoxys. At first it yelped, but then it quieted down and it's eyes narrowed. Its colors also became a little bit darker. "That should do it," W said. "Eevoxys," he said as he raised up his hands, "welcome to the world!" His eyes darted to the corner of the room were DX-II was. Inside the tube, it looked a bit different. It was growing. It slightly resembled a large beetle now, except with tendrils sticking out of it and Deoxys decal. "You're coming along nicely as well," W said.

"Heh, Trapinch eh? Well how's about some ground v. ground action?" With that, he threw out the Poke Ball which contained his new friend Sandshrew, who popped out and gazed up happily at his master. It was then that the creature turned about and looked at the Trapinch, realizing that he was in a battle and quickly striking its claws together.

"Hit 'im with X-scissor!" The Sandshrew's eyes narrowed as he spread his arms out, claws at the ready. The mouse Pokemon rushed straight at it's foe and once it had closed the gap brought its claws down in intersecting paths, hopefully striking the Trapinch with enough force to deal some serious damage.

[Pichu]

Yamada awoke in the early morning, laying on top of Leon, her hand in his pants. Yamada didn't move, as she was the only one awake (besides the Nurse Joy at the counter.) Yamada glanced over at the group of girls laying on the couch across the room. One, the Lily girl, moved to her side. Next to her was a beauiful red haired girl, who goes by the name of Naomi. She opened an eye and looked straight at Yamada. Yamada shoved her face in Leon's chest, then removed her hand from his pants.

Allegretto followed Aaron as they continued to the pokemon center. They were close so Buneary didn't have to suffer from her injuries much. As soon as they reached the pokemon center Allegretto quickly handed the now asleep Buneary over to nurse joy. He then proceedd to the pool around the back where he let his Feebas swim around in a small lake. Allegretto then sat down, petting Vulpix who layed next to him. He got some more poffins that he fed to both Vulpix and Feebas. Mostly to Feebas though, since the poffins were made to increase beauty. Which in Allegretto's eyes, it needed. "Well I guess we can stare at the stars for a bit longer. Then it's time to sleep and Buneary should be fine by tomorrow."

Hex panted as he sped though Desec Town. He was bone tired, but at least his pokemon were safe and sound in their balls. He looked ahead, not n=bothering to stop, when he tripped on something, sending him flying. He landed not so gracefully with his face in the sand."Son of a b-" he muttered as he got up,"The hell was that?!" He turned around, and was met by a pretty pissed off Heatmor. "Oh crap" Hex whimpered. The Heatmor roared, and started to charge. Hex barely dodged the pokemon. Hex held out a pokeball"Tyrouge, go for it!" A flash emitted from the ball. The Scuffle pokemon pooped out and shouted eagerly at the sight of an opponent. "Tyrogue, use Mach Punch!" The Tyrogue's fist became a blur, and the Heatmor went flying to the ground. The Heatmor got up, clearly shaken by it's attack, then began to expel a red hot column of flame from it's mouth. Hex's eyes widened. "Look out, it's a Heat Wave!" Too late, the Tyrogue was caught square in the chest with the attack, and fell to one knee. The Heatmor stepped back, and prepared another attack. "Tyrogue!" Hex called out. "Don't bother dodging! Use Endure!" The pokemon nodded, and braced itself for an attack. Once more, the column of flame swept over Tyrogue, but instead of fainting, the pokemon stood, panting heavily. The Heatmor backed up in surprise."Now, hit him with Brick Break" The Tyrogue ran up to the Anteater pokemon, and a swift chop to the head followed it. The Heatmor roared in pain. "Now," Hex said as he grabbed a spare pokeball,"let's end this!" He threw the ball, and a red light enveloped the Heatmor until it disappeared into the ball. Hex watched nervously as the ball wiggled once, twice...[i]click[/i]. Hex smiled."Yes! I got ya!" He looked over at his Tyrogue, covered on burns, but sill smiling at the victory."You did good, guy. Take a break." He held out Tyrogue's ball, and the pokemon disappeared. Hex put the ball away, and resumed running to Trigi Shrine.

Aaron walked through the forest in silence, not interacting with Al at all as they approached the Pokécentre. He entered quietly, and remained silent, noting that most of the people there were asleep. He gave a quick nod to the Nurse at the counter, before moving over to a lone chair in the corner, and placed himself softly into the seat. He gave a quick look around, specifically looking at where his travelling partners were, and then leaned back in his chair, closing his eyes as his head tilted back. It took him a few hours before he actually went to sleep, but no-one would've noticed the difference.

Croconaw sat in the forest for a few hours, thinking to himself about what had happened, and what he had done. He was occasionally approached by a smaller pokémon, but it quickly left running. The moon was in the middle of the sky, and Crocka presumed it was after midnight, by the time he stood up and started to move. He walked slowly through the woods, growling at any creature that came near, before spotting lights in the distance. The pokémon centre. He grinned and started to run, but stopped before he reached the Centre. He thought about Aaron and instead just laid down at the edge of the forest, hoping everything would be alright by morning.

Leon opened his eyes briefly, and found that Yamada was still on top of him, and she was taking her hand off his pants - [color=#800080]"What did we...What did[b] YOU [/b]do last night!?"[/color] - Leon rubbed his eyes and saw Amber glancing over at the girls from last night. -[color=#800080] "Yamada, you aren't mad, are you?" [/color]- Leon moved Yamada to his side and sat up on the couch. He grabbed his belt with his Pokeballs from a table and wore it. -[color=#800080]"We should go now and head to the Castle as soon as possible." [/color]- Leon began to stand up, when he saw the group of girls again, but this time, Lily and another girl Leon didn't know (Naomi), were staring at them -[color=#800080] "Really? God what's wrong with these girls...?"[/color]

Yamada sat up. "Of course I'm mad, dumbass." Yamada muttered. "The last thing I need is some sanky whores to be flirting with my boyfriend!" she continued, then stopped and blushed, realizing what she just said. [i]'Damnit! He's going to think I'm a total freak! He'll leave me here and I'll have to travel Olene all alone...'[/i] Yamada thought to herself. Just then, Naomi stood and walked over to the couple. "Hey, cutie and slut!" she cheered. "My friend Lily and I want to battle you. If we win, cutie gets to get with Lily, and if you win, you can keep your whore." she said.

Hex was running straight through Trigi Shrine. Man, was the place a wreck! The Hell happened here? Hex shrugged as he kept on running. He smiled to himself at the thought of his newly caught Heatmor. Thing's were looking up! He went far past the Shrine, not bothering to look back, and ran even faster. It soon occurred to him that he hadn't checked his map in a while, but it didn't matter. He was confident that he was going the right way! As he ran, he stopped at a river for a nice drink with his pokemon. As they drank, Hex noticed that Tyrogue and Heatmor were still exhausted from their earlier battle. "Hmmm", Hex thought aloud, "Where's a Pokemon Center when you need one?" As he observed his surroundings, he noticed a castle in the far distance. "Maybe they've got something!" He sent Tyrogue and Heatmor back to their balls, and put Seedot as his primary. "Alright you guys," he said as he streched out,"Let's get a move on!" And away he sped...

Leon was about to nag Yamada about calling him a dumbass when he heard a better word come from her mouth, and blushed. [color=#800080]'[i]Boyfriend? So she really thinks of me that way too...I'm really happy.' [/i][/color]Leon got up as Naomi walked up to them. -[color=#800080] "Weird, I thought I got to choose who to date, I must have been wrong. I don't really care and I was going to bail on you, but something bothers me...and that is..."[/color] - Leon walked up to Naomi and looked at her in the eye - [color=#800080]"Nobody calls my Yamada a slut."[/color]

[color=#a52a2a]"Oh my god!"[/color] - Lily got up and walked next to Naomi - [color=#a52a2a]"Can't you see that I'm a much better choice than...that?"[/color] - Lily pointed at Yamada, and then turned around, showing off her body. -[color=#a52a2a] "Right? It's not like you are dating this whore; you deserve a real woman..."[/color]

That was when Leon snapped. [color=#800080]"That's it. You've crossed the motherf*cking line. Yamada is a better woman than you, and I'll show you now that you do NOT mess with my girlfriend."[/color] - Leon placed his hand over Yamada's shoulder - [color=#800080]"You get that?
