Oops Thunder Vary is Thunder Fun Dart. Fixed

Looking at Dart again, the "You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect." clause seems a bit iffy. Mostly due to the fact it would all happen in the Battle Phase, and OTK set-up is always beforehand, so more or less you would only really get things to use in Main Phase 2. And even then, your only likely to use Dart's effect once-per-duel.
Unless you main-deck a few copies of Light of Redemption/[card with similar effect] of course.
