Kakashi Hatake
The entire thing is low quality. The render has white edges. The text is horrid. It looks like nothing but text and a render pasted on top of a background.

Which he has managed to do well enough. Hell, the design is simple enough to replicate on your own in a few moments without any worry.

Alice Moonflowyr
Currently as I do not have GIMP, and my dad has to make sure its not bad or anything, I use Corel X2. And thats the render. Actually, I'm not sure it even saved properly. I get rid of the white, and it doesnt save as a render...
You're supposed to save it as a PNG with a transparent layer. And as I worked on it and trying to recreate it in a more coherent fashion, I came to the annoying conclusion that I havent worked on 2d Art for so long, I'm literally... rusty. .Rai
If it helps, GIMP is generally trusted as Photoshop's oldest photo-manipulation rival in the business. Nothing dodgy at all. And, yes, transparency is the answer to your problems. Renders should be easier to do with GIMP.
Alice Moonflowyr
Cool. Yah, but once I get GIMP I'll have to learn how to use it xD Learning Corel took a bit -.-

None of my work's have a label like Signature/Booster/etc, does that make my works under that same jurisdictions? No. And of course I used a TechnoBG, I honestly thought that's what you did. Went with a tech BG > filtered it to be distorted like a television with poor reception. So sorry if what I did didn't help, as I couldn't replicate what you do a great enough extent. Switch over to GIMP or preferably Photoshop and concepts can be done better there.
DragClaws Terra
Here are the problems. >Must be .PNG, not .JPG >If you smudge the picture, and Paste the render as layer again, It looks better. >Nothing else I see.
First one is a fallacy. You can save in JPG and produce great results. Most websites are saved in JPG files, do you notice the change? Not really. Problem is, you have to know how to use JPG files (jpeg13 files are okay and easy though). Second one... Or you could restore quality by doing what I did? Refine Edge after auto selection on the white > Remove White to transparency > Duplicate Layer > Overlay 35% > Copy Visible > Apply Image > Edge Filter to minimal > Overlay again at roughly 50% > Apply Inner and Outer Glow's at 100% Normal Opacity Black. Better results, probably just as fast if you know what you're doing.
